By 1944 the Nazi party took control of most of the media in Germany. They crafted Adolf Hitler out to be a hero who worked his fingers to the bone to support his family and rose power as a tremendous German patriot while suffering great adversity.
In reality Hitler lived a very comfortable life and even inherited enough money from his mother to live easily for over a year without employment. He frequented coffee shops and ate the best cakes and foods. He was a failed artist and most of the members of his immediate family were failures with mental issues.
His brother and nephew were criminals who capitalized on the Hitler name in order to enrich themselves
