Frame looks about 30 years old, 2x4s, fire blocking sucks, particle board, dry as a chip. Almost looks nat gas went haywire.
Where is the front door and king studs? I know they prolly hacked it down but it is odd for it all to be gone?
Still should be a door? 2 methods of egress? dunno western building codes, we build a lot different, weather and such.
