By laying out the fraud on so many levels, I see it as throwing down the gauntlet. "Call these elections the wrong way if you dare" seems to be Trump's challenge.

It is clear that doing so would cross a line into serious treason charges and felonies. But I'm still unclear about the path from this point to victory.

-SCOTUS rejects groups of votes from the tally

-SCOTUS rejects elector results that are late or compromised

-Congress decides the outcome because the results are not certified on time

-Electors flip for Trump out of fear of committing election fraud

-Forced recounts that gradually tip to a POTUS win, in a hair-tight squeaker

-Biden gets arrested and disqualified, POTUS wins by forfeit

-SCOTUS determines institutional fraud by Dems and they forfeit the whole election, or at the individual state level

-others?
