Taking in a lot of other smarter anons opining about Q posts and current events, as well as actual facts about what's going on, I propose that POTUS isn't going to do anything involving the military or the Insurrection Act until after the electoral vote is certified on Dec 14. My reasoning is as follows:

  1. Right now, his team is moving through the layers of courts. Based upon how long it takes to go through each layer, and Thanksgiving essentially limiting court days next week, I believe that by the time POTUS' lawsuits reach the SCOTUS it'll be within a week on Dec 14. Doubt SCOTUS will rule before Dec 14 because of this time crunch.

  2. That means we will probably see the Electoral College system "certify" Biden as the next President. However, Trump still has over a month before he has to leave office to challenge the election results. A month is an eternity in politics. (And personally, I don’t see Trump leaving regardless).

  3. Why not expose all evidence for fraud now instead of waiting for Biden to be "certified"? My thought is that if Trump did so before the SCOTUS ruled on it, then it might give the DS rats time to switch the votes back to Trump, claim it was a "glitch" (like they already did), and try to save as many assets as possible for 2024 (assuming the DS thinks they can survive Trump’s 2nd term). Plus, if the vote tallies switched to Trump and gave him the victory, then that would null and void his lawsuits because "no harm" was done in the end. Once Dec 14 rolls by, and the official vote declares Biden the winner, Trump has all the legal precedent necessary to claim harm done and get the SCOTUS to overturn the election based upon the fraud committed and previous SCOTUS ruling from a case in 1878 United States vs Throckmorton. Trump wins by default.

  4. Further, once the electoral vote is certified on Dec 14, then Trump, based upon all the evidence collected regarding foreign interference from Dominion machines and Smartmatic software (among the other election fraud that would take too long to list), can legally use the Insurrection Act against anyone who objects or tries to obfuscate any investigation. Remember, a sting isn't finished until the culprit physically exchanges the goods with the undercover cop and gets his/her money, at which point it is indisputable they intended to commit the act. This gives Trump not just the ability to round up all the election officials in on the fraud, but every politician, judge, media personality and news outlet, both Dems and RINOs, for playing along in the insurrection. Lincoln didn't start arresting newspaper people for sedition until AFTER the South already started their insurrection.

  5. If he uses the military now, he destroys his best chance at truly cleaning out the swamp. Remember, the swamp isn't just DC. It's Silicon Valley, local politics working to screw over Americans, and judges who refuse to properly administer the law (such as those who dismiss POTUS's fraud lawsuits or maybe even those SCOTUS judges who see the entirety of the evidence and still rule against POTUS). The swamp is everywhere in America in various forms, and the one thing that Trump can get them all on simultaneously is insurrection after it has been finalized Dec 14.

  6. Further, if Trump goes after Pelosi, Chuck and the Congressional gang for their parts in this coup, legally he can't go arrest them if they are in session (barring treason, I know). I suspect to not give them any chance of a legal technicality out, he'll allow them to think they've won Dec 14, go on their scheduled recess starting Dec 21, make his arrests clearing a boat load of incumbent Dems (maybe a few RINOs like Romney) out of Congress, meaning that when they come back into session after Dec 31, the remainder will probably be a Republican majority. Now, by law the next Congress takes the electoral votes cast on Dec 14 and then ratifies the winner after the New Year. Methinks a Republican majority Congress led by McCarthy in the House and McConnell in the Senate would not ratify the election in favor of Biden. Could this be what Q meant when he referred to "Constitutional Crisis?" It's never happened before, so I don't know where it would go or how to answer what would happen.

One final thought. Reading the language of the 22nd Amendment, the first sentence says, "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once." Ignoring the second part because it doesn't apply to Trump, I would like someone with knowledge of the law to opine on my interpretation of the first part, No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice. The key word there is ELECTED.

So, going back to point 3 above, if the SCOTUS does vitiate (null) the 2020 election and Trump wins by default because of the fraud committed, then does that mean he was elected for a second term? Or, because he was more or less appointed to the Presidency by the SCOTUS, does that mean having not been technically elected a second time, he could run again in 2024 for a third term?

To me, yes. But I’m not a lawyer. So if any lawyers out there care to opine I welcome to know if my thoughts hold water.
