Seems the least likely, but I suppose Trump could declassify Hammer and Scorecard, blowing the lid off a Grand Conspiracy. That would likely anger many people in foreign countries, so I don't know if it's a realistic possibility. Probably is something that should be done at some point in order to clear the air.
