It’s in court/s! Or rather the cases keep getting dismissed for unpersuasive evidence etc. The massed ranks of the establishment have closed against Trump.
They won’t do anything to disturb the result. Everyone will think they did the right thing, compromised, and so they live to keep playing the game.
