Local city govt is now mandating a QR code scan whenever you enter a store. If you don't have a QR capable phone, then supposedly there is some way you can get a paper QR that they would scan.
This replaces what many stores were using, which were just pieces of paper with your name and village (we don't have addresses in Phils). Doesn't affect me, because I wasn't going in stores anyway with the mask and face shield mandate. The fucking insanity. Luckily none of these rules affect the little shops, just the major ones.
This is how fucked up developing countries are due to Covid. No one knows anything, understands anything, or questions the technocratic overlords of Europe.

And the electors get to be in the hot seat. There is too much evidence of fraud if any of this goes to court. If they participate in fraud they are fucked by the EO.
There are so many levels to this psy-op. Add up the anecdotal vids, and they equal panic to everyone else. Just like add up the anecdotal statistics, and the world will panic.
There are two movies playing on different screens. In one movie, WuFlu is a deadly pandemic foisted on us by the Chinese. In the other movie, the WuFlu is a farce designed to scare people into wearing masks.
It may have been foisted on us by the chinese, but it certainly is not any more deadly than flu. So 90% of what we see and hear happening is a psy-op, built on the 10% of scan evidence.

With a setup like you describe, I would have moved there during the Obama admin!
But if you are just now considering a plan B against the police state, might I suggest stocking up your cabin and planting seed as soon as it gets warm enough.
Plan A is Trump, but a prudent man plans ahead.
