>Would that particular demographic behave in the manners in which they do if the environment for fostering those behaviors didn't exist any longer? Sociology and Psychology says maybe.
That's called Boasian Anthropology and it's been discredited for decades. Environment plays a small role in influencing an individual's development (including the brain and IQ), but the limit of that development is a hard limit determined solely by genetics.
Different races have different average IQs, this has been known for decades and the only reason it's controversial is because of a (((political correctness))) agenda pushed by Marxists who claims that "race does not exist".
>Genetic research says likely.
No, it doesn't. Genetic research says that IQ is heritable, end of story.
Your attempt to debunk the reality of human biodiversity, awareness of which you call racism, is poisonous. You're towing the exact same Marxist line of "environment determines IQ" and "race doesn't exist" in an attempt to foster peace between the different races. This is unhelpful, because it's not based in reality.
