Yeah, I do believe he said that. But what happens when businesses and companies say "oh sorry, you need a vaccine to shop, travel, enter public buildings, etc." They've seen how compliant people have been with masks.
Trying to have faith that none of that will actually happen, but on the surface, things aren't looking swell right now.
