Curious Anon here. Are there any Electrical Engineers who work on the Transformers in this county? And since Perry has taken over the DOE have they been busy reinforcing the grid and making improvements over the last year?
Well we know that for about a year they have been hardening sub stations. They have been adding diesel generators and a metal fence over the top of them to catch the metal strips. Which is a low tech way of shorting out switch gear we used in Kosovo. They have about 2 years to go according to the NERC.
