I've seen IT, you can see the electromagnetic grid they have added, myopia is your eyes focusing on the noise in front of you.
Because there is so much noise (older technologies coupled with newer, i.e. 3G, 4G, etc) you have to somehow figure out how to concentrate enough to filter it all out, what remains is what you can't filter out (or I couldn't).
It will be so extremely strange for humanity to understand what has been going on when they disclose this.

I think that they tested these systems in North Korea, think about the mass hypnosis they were under, would it surprise you if you only remember fractions of your childhood, or what happened earlier this year because of an ability of this system to blank your memory, making you rebuild it constantly using your immediate surrounding, slowly losing more and more of what you naturally knew of yourself and those around you?
The thing is that the human mind is infinitely creative, so we find ways to deal with electromagnetic radiation, but there is a limit for what one can adapt to.
