Can you define the difference between praying and talking?
Are you not "allowed" to talk to angels?
Did Adam, Enoch, Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Jehu, Joshua, Jesus, Peter, John…. Talk to angels?

>Are angels omnipotent? Omniscient? Omnipresent?
No. No. No
>No?
Yes
>Is the devil an angel?
The "devil" isn't a being. It is an idea. Lucifer is an angel.
>Are his demonic hordes angels?
Yes, although there are myriad classes of these beings. We call them all angels for lack of understanding.
>Can you tell the difference?
Yes.
>Can the devil appear as an angel of light?
Yes
>Can his ministers?
Yes.

Absolutely.
Baker, I'd add this to whatever notable goes to the ECW video. These posts seem appropriate.
