Pa. couple admits to providing support to ISIS from U.S.
PHILADELPHIA – United States Attorney William M. McSwain and Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers announced that Shahidul Gaffar, 40, and Nabila Khan, 35, both residents of Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to provide material support and resources to ISIS, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. United States District Court Judge Joshua D. Wolson presided over the proceeding.
According to court documents unsealed today, in 2015, Gaffar and Khan, a married couple originally from Bangladesh, provided and attempted to provide financial support to two of Khan’s brothers who traveled to Syria to join ISIS fighters. Gaffar and Khan discussed the brothers’ travel plans in detail with each other, as well as with the brothers and other family members, as early as September 2014. In January 2015, Khan asked her sister living in Bangladesh to sell some of Khan’s gold and provide the money to their oldest brother, J.K., in order to assist him in travelling to Syria. Khan then flew to Bangladesh to wish J.K. farewell before his departure in February 2015. Gaffar, who remained in Pennsylvania, sent supportive messages to Khan’s mother stating: “Be [p]roud mother for the noble cause and for the sake of Allah!!!”
Further, according to the criminal Information, Khan’s second brother, I.K., had come to the United States on a student visa and resided with Khan and Gaffar in Pennsylvania from June 2014 until February 2015, when he returned to Bangladesh. Over the next few months, Khan, who was still in Bangladesh, observed I.K. watching terrorist propaganda videos featuring Anwar al-Awlaki, a designated global terrorist and key leader of ISIS. Around the same time, Gaffar began sending international money transfers to I.K. in Bangladesh. These funds had multiple purposes, but one was to support I.K.’s travel to Syria to join ISIS. In June 2015, Gaffar sent a message to Khan, stating: “Let [I.K.] know that I will manage and send 3000 dollars if Allah wills. Let’s help him, my love, for the good cause who knows that might be enough to get forgiveness from Allah and accept[ance] [in]to heaven.” In July 2015, Gaffar continued to communicate with Kahn regarding the conspiracy, saying in part: “I feel bad for mom and dad, at the same time, I feel very proud. [W]hat a lucky mom and dad.”
In early July 2015, I.K. traveled to Syria to join ISIS. The next day, Gaffar and Khan discussed via electronic messages how Khan had tried to give I.K. more money right before he left, and days later, Kahn exchanged multiple electronic messages with a family member discussing I.K.’s arrival in Syria and reunion there with J.K. Gaffar sent reassuring messages to Khan, stating that it was “cool” that she had been able to observe I.K.’s radical Islamist “changes” from “beginning to end.”

Did the CIA Cause a Mexican General to Escape Drug Charges?
In what can only be called a federal judicial miracle, retired Mexican General Salvador Cienfuegoes is being set free in the United States and permitted to return to Mexico. Just last month, Cienfuegos was taken into custody at Los Angeles International Airport when he was visiting LA on vacation. The charges? That when he was serving as Mexican Defense Minister, which is the second highest position within the Mexican government, Cienfuegos was conspiring with Mexican drug lords in return for bribes.
Cienfuego’s arrest generated the standard drug war hoopla in the mainstream press to which we have all become accustomed during the last several decades. The Washington Post called it a “turning point” in the war on drugs (one of many “turning points” in the drug war over the years). The New York Times stated, “The news not only casts a pall over Mexico’s fight against organized crime, but also underscores the forces of corruption that touch the highest levels of the government.”
But then yesterday, U.S. officials suddenly announced that they had decided to drop the charges and permit Cienfuegos to return to Mexico.
What gives with that? Don’t these guys want to “win” the war on drugs? How do they expect to do that if they are dropping drug war charges against people at the top who they say are involved in the drug trade?
The speculation is that the Mexican government put so much pressure on U.S. officials to drop the charges that the U.S. finally had to relent. People are saying that Mexico was threatening to ban the DEA from operating in Mexico.
But there is another possible explanation for the sudden dismissal of charges: The CIA. It’s entirely possible that Cienfuegos played hardball by promising to reveal CIA complicity in the drug trade if he were ever bought to trial. Given the overwhelming power of the CIA within the federal governmental structure, it would not have been difficult for the CIA to bring the necessary pressure to bear to have the charges against Cienfuegos dismissed.
If you haven’t seen the excellent Netflix series The Last Narc, I highly recommend it. I have written about it here and here. The series revolves around the 1985 kidnapping, torture, and execution of DEA agent Kiki Camarena in Mexico.
For a long time, it was believed that the reason Mexican drug lords targeted Camarena was because they suspected he was getting dangerously close to establishing complicity between the drug lords and officials in the highest reaches of the Mexican government.
Because no one had been brought to justice in the Camarena case, the DEA put a DEA agent named Hector Berrellez on the case. Berrellez and his team went into Mexico and began locating witnesses who were involved in the Camarena kidnapping, torture, and execution who were willing to talk.
Not only did the witnesses point to high Mexican government officials, they also pointed to the CIA as being complicit in what happened to Camarena. In fact, the witnesses stated that they saw a CIA agent present in the room in which Camarena was being tortured and actually participating actively in his torture.

And how did the Bias Incident Reporting Team respond? The Fix said the team classified the incident as "discrimination" and "harassment" against "religion."
Seemingly to shore up her case, the professor included photographs of the Bible in her report, the outlet said, adding that the Bias Incident Reporting Team collected the items in question. The outcome of the report wasn't made clear.

According to the school, "bias" could mean "negative feelings and beliefs with respect to others race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age social class, political affiliation, disability, veteran status, club affiliation or organizational membership."

Pennsylvania Tightens Mask Restrictions, Private Homes Included
Pennsylvania officials are tightening mask requirements in the Keystone State, requiring masks in instances where individuals who are not members of the same household are “present in the same space” indoors, including private residences.
Dr. Rachel Levine, Pennsylvania’s transgender health secretary, detailed the requirements in an updated order Tuesday, explaining that the virus “continues to spread” despite the mitigation efforts implemented earlier in the year. As a result, Levine is looking to universal masking as the first line of defense, claiming that “universal face coverings, even when not clinical-level masks, have been an effective mitigation strategy to prevent and control the spread of disease.”
His letter lists eight instances where a mask is required. The list essentially requires individuals to wear a mask in most instances, unless he or she is within their own household along with members who also reside there.
Per the order, a mask is required “indoors or in an enclosed space, where another person or persons who are not members of the individual’s household are present in the same space, irrespective of physical distance.”
The order does not explicitly provide an exception for gatherings at private residences. The AP also acknowledged that the order applies to private homes but added that the health secretary “acknowledged that officials are relying on voluntary compliance rather than on enforcement.”
“Pennsylvania is making people wear masks inside their homes. Ohio is making people be home by 10:00 p.m. Vermont won’t even let you have friends over. What’s next?” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked.
Levine’s order also requires those two yearsiand older to wear a mask when they are outdoors with individuals who are not members of the same household and “unable to maintain sustained physical distance.”
Other instances a mask is required, per the order:
As permitted in my Order Directing Mitigation Measures, dated July 15, 2020, as amended, for participation in an indoor or outdoor event, gathering, or group setting where another person or persons, who are not members of the individual’s household are present.
Participating in indoor physical activity in a gym, fitness center or group fitness classes, where another person or persons who are not members of the individual’s household are present in the same space, irrespective of physical distance.
Waiting in a public area for, riding on, driving or operating public transportation or paratransit or while in a taxi, private car service or ride-sharing vehicle, irrespective of physical distance.
Obtaining services for themselves or another person or a pet from the health care sector in settings including, but not limited to, a hospital, pharmacy, medical clinic, laboratory, physician or dental office, veterinary clinic, or blood bank.
When working in any space where food is prepared, packaged for sale, or prepared for distribution to others. I. Certain facilities—including hospitals, shelters, long-term care facilities, residential treatment facilities, and correctional facilities—may also require visitors and residents, patients, or inmates to wear face coverings even when in a living unit.
There are few exceptions. The order exempts those with certain disabilities or conditions. The order also specifies that an individual does not have to wear a mask when they are in solitude.
“All alternatives to wearing a face covering, including the use of a face shield, should be exhausted before an individual is excepted from this Order,” Levine’s update states.
Levine’s order comes as Democrat leaders across the country retighten coronavirus restrictions ahead of the holiday season, even imposing limits on gatherings in private homes. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) has limited gatherings in private homes to ten and has urged local governments to enforce his order.
“The rules are only as good as the enforcement. Local governments are in charge of enforcement. There are only two fundamental truths in this situation: it’s individual discipline and it’s government enforcement. Period. End of sentence,” he said.
“I need the local governments to enforce this,” he pleaded.

National Guard soldier killed herself after being gang-raped by colleagues: mom
A devoted Army National Guard soldier killed herself after she reported being sexually assaulted on the job — but the military branch did nothing to help, according to her mom.
“To think that that’s what took her life — that’s what broke her,” Debbie Robinson, the mother of officer Morgan Robinson, told CBS Evening News.
“They wanted her body. And they took her soul.”
The horror that led to Morgan Robinson’s suicide began two years earlier, when one of her supervisors allegedly sexually assaulted and harrassed her multiple times while they were stationed in Kuwait, according to CBS, which is investigating failures by the US military to address sex crimes internally.
But when Morgan reported the attacks, higher-ups did “nothing” to punish the supervisor or protect her, according to her mother.
“She got nothing,” Debbie said.
While on the same deployment, Robinson was then sent to Afghanistan, where multiple soldiers allegedly gang-raped her, CBS reports. This time, she was too scared and disillusioned by the system to report it — and four months later, she committed suicide.
The Army began an investigation into her untimely death and later handed Debbie a report — but much of it was redacted.
The parts that weren’t blacked out said: “Sergeant Robinson suffered sexual, physical, and psychological trauma while deployed. The sequel of this trauma was a factor in her death,” according to CBS.
“I just didn’t understand how they could actually stand there and look me in the eyes, and hand that to me,” the mom said.
She believes the Army is responsible for Morgan’s death — for failing to properly investigate her daughter’s first sexual assault claim and “handle what happened.”
“They can’t police their self. How can you investigate yourself? You can’t,” Debbie said, adding there should be an outside agency that probes sexual assaults within the Army.
Eight months after her death, the officer who allegedly attacked her in Kuwait was finally given a written reprimand — which Debbie said is too little, too late.

“[It was] a job that she loved. It was for her country,” she said of her daughter, who joined the Army in 2010. “Everything just plays over and over and over in [my] head, thinking, ‘Did I miss something? Could I have done something?’”
The Army said in a statement that officers conducted a full investigation into the sexual assault report and took “appropriate” action against the supervisor in question.
“The department remains committed to our goals of ending sexual assault in the military, providing the highest quality response to service members and holding offenders appropriately accountable,” the Army’s principal policy adviser Elizabeth Van Winkle said.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo Lashes Out, Mocks Reporter over NYC School Closure Question
Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) grew visibly irritated after reporters asked if schools would remain open in New York City, raising his voice and mocking reporters while failing to offer a definitive answer to the question.
During Wednesday’s press briefing, Cuomo accused the Wall Street Journal’s Jimmy Vielkind of using an “obnoxious” and “offensive” tone after he asked the governor to clarify whether schools in New York City would remain open on Thursday.
“The other day you said this is the city’s decision. They have an agreement at three percent. Today you said, ‘Well I might have to impose an orange zone, and I might have to close the schools, which an orange zone does.’ So what’s going on,” Vielkind asked, requesting Cuomo specify whether the city has the ability to close its schools.
“Are you now taking control and saying that you have the power to make this decision? And for the millions of parents who want to know, are the schools going to open tomorrow in New York City?” he asked.
Cuomo immediately expressed irritation with the question.
“First of all, let’s try not to be obnoxious and offensive in your tone … because you’re 100 percent wrong,” he began.
“These laws have all been in effect for months. I’ve always said, we set initial parameters and then the school district picked a percent within those parameters. New York City picked three percent,” he continued, explaining that the “orange zone law” has been in place for over a month.
“It always said if, by the state’s numbers you hit three percent, the schools close. What’s going on here is nothing that the law hasn’t said for over a month,” he said.
“If you were paying attention, you would have known we closed the schools in New York City two weeks ago. Remember when we did an orange zone and a red zone in Brooklyn and Queens and we closed the schools? Don’t you remember that?” he said in a sarcastic tone before raising his voice.
“So what are you talking about? What are you talking about? ‘Are you going to override.’ We did it already!” Cuomo yelled. “That’s the law — an orange zone and a red zone. Follow the facts.”
When pressed to clarify on school closures, Cuomo grew more irritated.
They’re [parents] not confused. You’re confused,” Cuomo snapped, adding, “Read the law and you won’t be confused.”
When asked again, Cuomo continued to dodge the question, stating that “schools are open by state law.”
New York Times reporter Jesse McKinley defended Vielkind’s question, prompting another angry quip from the governor.
“But will they [New York City schools] be open tomorrow? That’s the question. I think Jimmy’s correct in asking that question. I don’t think it’s obnoxious at all,” McKinley said.
“I don’t really care what you think,” Cuomo snapped. “Of course you agree with him because you’re in the same business with him.”
On Wednesday, Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) announced that New York City schools will be closed beginning Thursday.
New York City has reached the 3% testing positivity 7-day average threshold. Unfortunately, this means public school buildings will be closed as of tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 19, out an abundance of caution.

Facebook Broke the Law by Censoring Anti-Biden Ad, Conservative Group Claims
On Tuesday, the American Principles Project (APP) filed a Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint against Facebook, claiming the social media company broke the law by censoring an APP PAC ad attacking Joe Biden and Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.). The ad slammed their support for a law that would force biological girls to compete with biological boys. Even though PolitiFact could find no factual error in the ad, the “fact-check” claimed the ad was “missing context” because it contradicted Biden’s transgender agenda. Facebook used this “fact-check” to flag the ad.
“Facebook censored several APP PAC ads this election cycle. The basis for this FEC complaint focuses on the first, which attacked Gary Peters and Joe Biden for their support for the Equality Act, which would destroy women’s sports if it were passed into law,” APP Executive Director Terry Schilling said in a statement.
“By censoring this ad on such a flimsy basis, and by allowing ads in favor of Democrats to run unfettered on its platform, Facebook materially contributed to the campaigns of Peters and Biden,” Schilling added. “Our complaint alleges that this in-kind contribution amounted to nearly $50,000 — a clear violation of federal campaign finance law.”
“We urge the FEC to consider APP PAC’s complaint and launch an investigation as soon as possible,” the APP director added.
The anti-Biden ad
“All female athletes want is a fair shot at competition: at a scholarship, at a title, at victory,” the ad begins.
“But what if that shot was taken away by a competitor who claims to be a girl but was born a boy? Senator Gary Peters and Joe Biden support legislation that would destroy girls’ sports. They call it equality. Really? That’s not fair. Not fair at all,” the voiceover reads as videos show teenage girls running a race and losing to a boy.
“Vote against Gary Peters and Joe Biden. They are too extreme for Michigan,” the ad concludes.
This ad echoes longstanding complaints about the dangers of allowing biological males who claim to be transgender to compete against biological females in women’s sports.
In February, three high school girls and their mothers filed a Title IX lawsuit against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC), challenging pro-transgender rules that allow biological males to compete in women’s high school sports. The three girls have lost multiple state championships to biological boys who identify as female.
“While boys and girls have comparable athletic capabilities before boys hit puberty, male puberty quickly increases the levels of circulating testosterone in healthy teen and adult males to levels ten to twenty times higher than the levels that occur in healthy adult females, and this natural flood of testosterone drives a wide range of physiological changes that give males a powerful physiological athletic advantage over females,” the lawsuit explains. “Inescapable biological facts of the human species [are] not stereotypes, ‘social constructs,’ or relicts of past discrimination.”
The suit lists 8 broad physiological athletic advantages males enjoy over girls and women after the onset of puberty, including larger lungs, larger hearts, an increased number of muscle fibers and muscle mass, higher myoglobin within muscle fibers (enabling faster transfer of oxygen to those muscles), larger and longer bones, increased mineral density in bones, and height.
Due to these long recognized advantages, sporting events have long had different standards for boys and girls to accommodate the athletic striving of biological females. For example, women’s volleyball nets are 7 inches lower, the weight of high school shot put for boys is 36 percent heavier, the hurdle is 6 inches higher for boys, etc.
Even the Journal of Medical Ethics, which has published an article calling for Child Protective Services to remove gender-confused kids from their parents if the parents won’t give them experimental transgender drugs, also published an article condemning the “intolerable unfairness” of the Olympic Committee’s pro-transgender rules.
Yet Democrats like Biden and Peters have endorsed the Equality Act, a pro-transgender measure that would open women’s sports to biological males, without any provisions to mitigate the clear physical advantages males have over females.

Karamo saw that there was no effective review of signatures on those ballots at the counting boards. She describes seeing ballots that should have been spoiled, instead counted for Biden, with poll workers saying “I think that should go to the Democrat.” Her challenges to bad ballots were IGNORED.
She also describes that GOP Poll Challengers would not be hired by the City of Detroit, helping to explain what other witnesses have also described: a completely lopsided ratio of Democrats to Republicans, ensuring that Republicans could not protect the integrity of the ballot counting process in Detroit. Karamo describes calling and attempting to apply several times to be an official poll worker and being denied, even though the Clerk lied and told her that not enough Republicans had applied.
According to Karamo the Republicans were systemically denied access to observe the vote count.
“They were like Demons!” Karamo says.

Is This Virus the Weapon Being Used to Usher in a Communistic Takeover of the United States?
There has been much talk over the years, and many have claimed that communism is dead. Communism never died, and in fact has continued to expand, especially in the West. No war, and no fight were necessary, just a failing economy and a country weakened and destroyed from within. That is exactly what is happening today, and now we face the horrors of communism and the end of Western civilization. It is imperative to remember that all roads toward socialism lead directly to communism, as Lenin so described. In the United States, the march toward socialism has been steadily advancing for many years, especially in all the so-called ‘halls of learning,’ and in the government that supports this transition. The goal of the state will always be toward socialism, because that is the system that allows for the few to control the many. The takeover of the economy and the elimination of private property will signal the end of freedom and the advancement of communism.
In this day and age, with such colossal technological ‘progress,’ the controlling system coming will certainly be technocratic in nature, but the underlying structure will still be one where the masses or proletariat, will be controlled by the few in what will be a pure communistic society. The fraudulent ‘pandemic’ is simply the tool being used to advance these reset agendas, and this is being accomplished due to weakness and fear by the people at large. It does not have to be this way, but when the masses voluntarily accept their own servitude, blame cannot be placed just on the evildoers in control, but should be placed at the feet of the people themselves. Evil lives in every man, and in order to defeat it, one must first understand his own evil, and fight to suppress it. This takes much courage, and truth has to not only be sought, but also accepted. If this does not happen throughout society, freedom and the joy of life will not endure.
If this sounds dark and ominous, that is because it is just that. We are at the crossroads of hell, and very few have any understanding of this fact. Communism has been blamed for the most deaths of the innocent in human history, and this is for good reason. But Americans have little if any understanding of the scope of this phenomenon, and certainly do not understand that their own country’s ruling class has been a major part of this most heinous and abhorrent cancer on mankind. It has not been just Marx, Lennin, Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot that have perpetrated atrocities and unholy massacres. It has not been only Russia, China, North Korea, and others that are responsible for all the carnage over the past century and a half. Western powers, especially the United States, have been involved in and supportive of many communist countries and leaders. Russia and China were heavily supported by the United States and its banking and corporate systems during these dark periods, as were Stalin and Mao and many other dictators and murderers. What stands out about communistic and dictatorial regimes, is that those seeking power and control all understand that socialistic and communistic policies will gain them what they seek, which is total power and control over all of society. So whether they participate directly or by stealth when supporting communism matters not, as all those that desire control will eventually attempt to gain submission through socialistic means. This could happen through support and funding of monsters, aggressive wars, active assistance for regime change policies, and other practices meant to advance totalitarian rule, all done in the past by the United States government and its controlling ‘elites.’

Georgia elections chief: 'Emotional abuse' to mislead voters about fraud
The top election official in Georgia on Wednesday raged at what he described as politicians giving false hope and ginning up anger over unsubstantiated allegations of systemic voter fraud, calling it “emotional abuse” to mislead voters into thinking that the election was stolen from President Trump.
In an exclusive interview with The Hill, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a self-described “conservative Republican,” declined to directly blame Trump for spreading baseless claims about voting machines altering ballots or “illegal” votes being counted.
But Raffensperger unloaded on Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) and other GOP politicians he said were creating a dangerous environment — including threats of violence aimed at him and his wife – because he’s disputed the notion that systemic fraud was behind President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in Georgia.
“There’s just people who are really angry and they’re being spun up,” Raffensperger said. “It’s really the spinners that should be ashamed for playing with people’s emotions. Politicians of both sides should never play with people’s emotions. It’s one thing to motivate people, I get that. But to spin people up and play with their emotions, it’s emotional abuse and they ought to grow up and start acting with integrity.”
The Hill pointed out that Trump, who has attacked Raffensperger as a “Republican in name only,” is responsible for spreading discredited information about voter fraud.
However, the secretary of state declined to directly criticize the president.
“I’m a Republican, I’m a conservative one, and I don’t like the idea that President Trump is not going to win,” Raffensperger said. “But at the end of the day, I want every voter to know we’re going to do our job and make sure every legal vote is counted.”
Sens. David Perdue (R-Ga.) and Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) have called on Raffensperger to resign, accusing him of not doing enough to root out fraud and corruption in the election process.
Perdue and Loeffler are headed to a January runoff election that will determine the balance of power in the Senate. Both GOP senators will need Trump’s base of supporters behind them to win their races, and the president has gone after Republicans he believes have not done enough to promote his claim that the election was stolen from him.
Raffensperger dismissed the criticism from the senators, saying it was driven by their need to turn out the president’s base.
“Most likely that was it,” Raffensperger said.
