This won't be notable because it has no sauce - just me – but you mind it interesting, nonetheless.

We had guests over tonight for a wine tasting. One of the people that attended owns a funeral home. We started talking about COVID and the impact it has had on his business.

He told me that since COVID-19 started, they have had buried 60 people that had listed COVID as a contributing cause. But in all cases except for FOUR (!!) family told them that what they "really" died from was a whole assortment of issues - from heart attacks to strokes to cancers, to extreme old age, etc, etc. He also told me that they had had MORE people die from suicides related to COVID isolation, lockdowns, fear, business failure etc - than from 'those that had COVID listed as a contributing cause". Of the four that only had COVID listed on the death certificate – all of them had a long list of comorbidities.

He also told me that in some cases, families were upset that the doctor has listed COVID at all on the death certificate (when they KNEW the person didn't really die of COVID) because some life insurance policies have an exclusion for "pandemic" and when challenged, the doctors REMOVED the COVID completely from the record and the death certificate.

The more you know…
