bullshit… if the phone knows where you are, but.they don't know where you are, then they cannot get the data to the app to tell you that you are in proximity to an infected individual, the app has to be accessing a data base of everyone's position at all times and who is infected and who isn't, that database, or parts of it cannot get to the phone unless they know where you are at
