I got a theory that they are building up the prestige of 5 eyes, but really moving it toward the CANZUK union after the US separates herself.
In scenario A, a Biden victory, the US breaks apart and maybe stays in the 5 eyes but doesn't call the shots.
In scenario B, a Trump victory, the US creates a whole new playing field and is no longer interested in 5 eyes. To stay relevant, the Roths will need to develop their own CANZUK type of union.
