Honest question anons, what do y’all think of this writing?

(Image of the southern cross aka rebel flag)

This flag is not what you might think it is. This is not patriotic. This is not heritage. This represents an insurrection. This represents a direct threat to the Union our forefathers fought and died to see manifest. This is the flag of a foreign nation that once tried and failed to claim a substantial portion of US soil.

The men under this flag once tried to claim this substantial area as an independent nation in an effort to exert their supposedly supreme authority over their fellow man. They believed that they were the superior race. They believed they, through the exploitation of their fellow man, would win the day. They believed that God almighty would look down upon them and grant them victory. Victory over a government that was becoming increasingly interested in the prospect of the freedom of all individuals. They believed that they knew better than the wills and desires of their fellow man to be free.

It is at this point in history that we see a significant divide between ideologies. Some seek to control of their fellow man, while others seek only to take control of their own existence.

This conflict of ideologies has once again become relevant. On one hand, we have a coalition of individuals who seek only the opportunity to control their own experience. On the other, we have those who seek absolute authority over their fellow man. These two ideologies will only continue until we become all one thing or all the other. Do you believe in individual liberty? Do you believe that some hold the right of authority over others? Do you stand for the principles and ideals outlined in the United States Constitution? Do you believe that we can still yet better our practice of the ideals outlined in that document? Or do you believe there is another standard we should hold ourselves to? This question is more relevant now than ever.

Soooo… yea or gay kek
