Agreed, much easier to manage for good guys if there weren’t 17,000 fall festivals packed to the gills to track and protect. Individuals may still be attacked, FF’s can still happen… but much easier to manage for Intel imo. That’s where my thoughts were. Normies too scared to go isn’t a bad plan.
