Macron most certainly does the hand signal. POTUS sees it and then it looks like a little hand power struggle. Hard to discern whether POTUS starts crushing the little weasels hand or whether it simply ends.

But freeing Armenia is huge if it happened. Muslims killed 2 to 3 million Christians - and got away with it almost completely. They are "offended" if you even bring it up and can be imprisoned if you do so in Turkey. Talk about a strong hold of do-anything-you-want-evil.
