The order given today to put Spec Ops Civilians under the Acting Sec of Defense came from JFK's Order 57, which bypassed the Clowns and forced the Sr Military to sign off on these covert assignments.
Also, it has become our MAIN METHOD of conflict vs traditional warfare, so it makes ZERO sense for the Clowns to be in control of those OPs that effect the stopping or starting of WARS.
