Yes, it is socom. In the past they were not required to report to the dod/POTUS. Now they do… CIA cant run ops without POTUS knowing
Same teams as you thought[SOCOM]. In the past they were considered less than the military… were not required to report to DOD/POTUS. The CIA could use them and the DOD/POTUS would never know. They now report directly to POTUS just like the regular military. CIA wont be able to use them anymore unless POTUS ok's
