Me thinks both these guys are stoned. The best I got from it was that Jim had no idea there were any issues. He checked with someone at Vanwatech and was told that caching on 8Kun was throttled due to some kind of attack. Some vague shit about restarting an Apache server. Jim is seeking donations to upgrade servers but only got one donation in a week.
Can't say I really know more than I did before. I'm at 32 minutes and going to bail on it. It's like wood rasp on my brain. Fuck!
My overall impression is that Jim does not know what the issue actually is. He's busy chatting.
I respect Jim and I'm happy to donate to the cause but I don't do Bitcoin.
Wanted to add that someone should get a message to Jim and have him setup multiple donation avenues and post them here on each board on 8Kun. I don't do Bitcoin or social media for that matter.
