C before D

Counties before D

Counties are being taken down by Q team right now over their election fraud. The States would have jurisdiction over those lawsuits but Rudy said in presser that he may not file in the States…

my take on that is the States are Defendants in 'Project D'

SCOTUS has original jurisdiction over lawsuits against the States

The States are the ones that delegated oversight and operations of our elections to the Counties

Enjoy the show!

With the Michigan election certficiation roller coaster…..Certyifying Officers got cold feet. WHY? the cold feet…..because Certifying Officers have Pecuniary Liability for certifying false claims.

Explanation for MI Election Certification Roller Coaster…

Pecuniary liability is the personal financial liability of Certifying Officers for erroneous (i.e., illegal, improper, or incorrect) payments. This liability acts as an incentive to guard against errors and theft by others. It ultimately helps protect the U.S. Government against Certifying Officer error and dishonesty.

>Now the Sec of state there won't allow them to recind their certs.

I tend to agree with the SOS

This documentation on Certifying Officers' Pecuniary Liability says they have to rebut claims of negligence by "present sufficient evidence

that he or she was not negligent or his or her

actions did not contribute to the erroneous

payment."

I think if we start allowing CERTIFYING OFFICERS to 'rescind' their certifications we'd have even more CHAOS

we must have LAW & ORDER and follow & enforce the laws as written. If the laws allow for rescinding in an orderly process then follow that process….if not follow the process to prove innocence

Yes, I believe you're correct, they would be protected if they have proof of coercion. Rescinding certificcation would be too easy for the corrupt ones when (((they))) get caught and WE THE PEOPLE would never get Justice. Pretty much the current landscape since so much corruption is getting brushed-under-the-rug by corrupt DOJ.

Contracts are different than Election Certification

Here's an excellent write-up on it 'FEDERAL PROSECUTION OF ELECTION OFFENSES'

This article says…."bad legal advice forced them to agree to certify the election after they had voted no"

There's court processes for 'bad legal advice' but good luck. I'm 6 years without my children because of court corruption and lawyers selling my family down-the-river. Corruption wins in our current landscape.
