Trump lawyer Sidney Powell hits back at ‘rude’ Tucker Carlson: says she offered affidavit & witness on voter fraud

Following Fox News host Tucker Carlson blasting her for not appearing on his program to discuss voter fraud allegations, Donald Trump’s lawyer Sidney Powell has claimed she offered evidence, but was turned down.

Powell shot back at Carlson during a Friday interview with Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo.

Carlson claimed on Thursday evening that Powell “got angry” with her and repeatedly refused to appear on his program to lay out evidence of voter fraud, including accusations voting machines and software were manipulated to change votes from Trump to Joe Biden.

“No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence,” Powell said, going on to claim that she had offered the evidence Carlson was requesting.

“In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person,” she said.

Powell accused Carlson of being “insulting, demanding, and rude” and she asked that he not contact her again “in those terms.”

Carlson claimed his show had also contacted “people in positions of authority in the Trump campaign” who claimed Powell had not provided them with evidence either.

The Fox News host’s criticism of Powell followed a Thursday press conference that included members of the president’s legal team, including Powell and Rudy Giuliani. The lawyers claimed numerous witness statements provided evidence of voter fraud, including thousands of fraudulent ballots being counted in favor of Biden.

One of the more explosive claims is that voting software, primarily Dominion Voting Systems, could have been used to actually change votes. Powell cited “spikes” in the vote count following election night that suggested outside interference. Dominion has denied these allegations.

“In terms of the level of corruption we are looking at here, we have no idea how many Republican or Democratic candidates … paid to have the system rigged to work for them,” she said.

Powell encouraged media figures like Carlson “to review all the materials we have provided so far and conduct their own investigations.”

Carlson’s segment earned him plenty of pushback from the president’s more loyal supporters, who have insisted his claims of winning the election in a landslide are true.

John Kerry Says 'Great Reset' Is Needed To Stop Rise Of Populism

Former Secretary of State John Kerry attended a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum during which he asserted that a great reset was urgently needed to stop the rise of populism.

Kerry vowed that under a Biden administration, America would rejoin the job-killing Paris Climate Agreement but that this was “not enough.”

“The notion of a reset is more important than ever before,” Kerry said.

“I personally believe… we’re at the dawn of an extremely exciting time.”

The former Senator made it clear that this “reset,” which is merely a re-branding of the same new world order that has faced stiff resistance for the past two decades, is necessary to extinguish populism.

“I think Europe has to look at that with Brexit and the rising national populism - nationalistic populism,” said Kerry.

“Which is really one of the priorities that we all have to address. You can’t dismiss it.”

Speaking about how Trump increased his vote in 2020, Kerry noted, “What astounds me is that as many people still voted for the level of chaos and breach of law and order and breaking the standards and … I think that, the underlying reason for that is something that everybody has to examine.”

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also welcomed the prospect of Biden as a “friend in the White House” to the globalists and said the two entities would work on “a new rulebook for the digital economy and the digital society.”

“The need for global cooperation and this acceleration of change will both be drivers of the Great Reset. And I see this as an unprecedented opportunity,” said von der Leyen.

As we have exhaustively documented, “The Great Reset” is merely the latest incarnation of the agenda to centralize power into the hands of a tiny elite, disenfranchising Americans, lowering their living standards and forcing them to submit to a social credit score system that will eliminate all privacy and personal autonomy.

Turkey conducts raids against group linked to Kurdish militants, 24 lawyers among people detained

Turkish officials have issued arrest warrants for 101 people suspected of having ties to Kurdish militants. A group of lawyers was detained by security forces during the ensuing raid.

Out of 72 people detained on Friday, 24 are lawyers, Turkish media reported.

Police operations continue in the Istanbul, Izmir, Diyarbakir and Adiyaman provinces, as authorities are looking for the remaining suspects. Two unlicensed guns and ammunition were seized during the raids.

The suspects were said to have been tied to the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), which Turkish media called the “legislative body” of the banned militant group, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK). Founded in 2007, the DTK aims to promote “democratic confederalism” and “democratic autonomy for all peoples of Turkey,” according to its website.

The Diyarbakir Bar Associations confirmed that at least 17 of its members were detained. Its chairman, Cihan Aydin, said that they were targeted because their names were allegedly mentioned in DTK documents.

The association slammed the arrests as “illegal” and demanded the lawyers be released immediately.

Over the years, Turkey has conducted military and police operations against the PKK, which is primarily active in the eastern part of the country.

Economists accuse US Treasury secretary of trying to set up crisis for Biden administration, ignoring Mnuchin's Harris donations

Out-of-touch economists fear Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin’s move to end several pandemic emergency financial programs might trigger a financial crisis – as if the majority of Americans haven’t been experiencing just that.

Mnuchin’s decision to curtail some of the emergency lending programs launched earlier this year to keep the US economy from collapsing in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has prominent economists howling, with some framing the move as an act of political vengeance against an incoming Democratic administration.

The Fed’s emergency programs that use Treasury money to buy corporate bonds and municipal debt as well as make loans to midsize businesses will be allowed to expire at the end of 2020, Mnuchin revealed on Friday. At the same time, the Fed will be asked to return unused funds to the Treasury.

Mnuchin has defended the controversial move by arguing Congress intended for the programs to be time-limited when it passed them as part of the mammoth CARES Act bailout in March. Accordingly, three other emergency programs that did not use CARES Act funding, including a small-business lending program, have been extended for 90 days.

Economist Carl Weinberg insisted there was no “economic rationale” for such a decision given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has seen many states re-enter lockdown or impose stricter regulations, suggesting Mnuchin must be motivated by “politics.” In an interview with CNBC’s ‘Squawk Box Europe’ on Friday, he likened the move to removing lifeboats from the Titanic. The doomed ocean liner infamously set sail with only enough lifeboats for less than half of its passengers.

Others, including New York Times economist Paul Krugman, warned that cutting off the programs will trigger a financial crisis by spooking investors – apparently unaware that most of the country is already in a financial crisis.

New Senate Docs 'Confirm' Troubling Biden Family Links To China, Russia

With Joe Biden's 'irregularity-filled' election win all but assured (unless the Trump campaign can pull off several upset legal victories), we now turn our attention back to the Biden family's ties to Russia and China - a narrative which the MSM will attempt to suffocate out of existence - particularly if Republicans (and their investigative committees) lose the Senate after January's runoff in Georgia.

In a "supplemental" release to a late September Senate report into Hunter Biden's international business dealings, Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) outlined additional information regarding troubling connections between Hunter Biden's business associates and the Russian government, as well as 'millions of dollars' transferred from a CCP-linked Chinese entity to a Biden business associate who allegedly leveraged his relationship with the former Vice President's family, according to the Washington Examiner.

"These new records confirm the connections between the Biden family and the communist Chinese government, as well as the links between Hunter Biden’s business associates and the Russian government, and further support the Committees’ September 23, 2020 report’s finding that such relationships created counterintelligence and extortion concerns," wrote the senators in a five-page report which included 65 pages of evidence.

Elsewhere, they wrote that after their September report was issued, "new sources went public with additional information about business relationships and financial arrangements among and between the Biden family and their business associates, including several foreign nationals … The new information is consistent with other records within the Committees’ possession which show millions of dollars being transferred from a Chinese entity linked to the communist party to Robinson Walker LLC.” -Washington Examiner

A key focus of the supplemental report is Rob Walker, described as "Hunter Biden's longtime business associate." Walker is associated with three companies tied to Hunter according to the report, which includes new information from former Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski, who worked with the Bidens and Walker in 2017 to create a business which would establish a joint venture with a Chinese Communist Party-linked business, CEFC China Energy - which was run by a disappeared Chinese tycoon and has since gone bankrupt.

Bobulinski, who was tapped to lead the Biden JV through "SinoHawk", repeatedly referenced $10 million in startup funding from a Chinese businessman - money which never materialized, yet which Grassley and Johnson conclude some or all ultimately wound up to accounts linked to James and Hunter Biden.

The Senate investigation update noted that in February and March 2017, a Shanghai-based company called State Energy HK Limited “sent two wires, each in the amount of $3,000,000, to a bank account for Robinson Walker LLC” but that “it is unclear what the true purpose is behind these transactions and who the ultimate beneficiary is.” State Energy HK Limited was affiliated with CEFC under the leadership of Ye Jianming, who had “ties to the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese military” and whose deputy, Gongwen Dong, another business associate of Hunter Biden’s, also received funds from State Energy HK. -Washington Examiner

"These transactions are a direct link between Walker and the communist Chinese government and, because of his close association with Hunter Biden, yet another tie between Hunter Biden’s financial arrangements and the communist Chinese government," reads the Grassley and Johnson release, which also concludes that Hunter "received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow” and that he also “opened a bank account with” Gongwen Dong to fund a $100,000 global spending spree" along with James Biden and his wife, Sara.

Head of 'bullying' inquiry into Home Secretary Priti Patel resigns after PM rules she did not break ministerial code

The British government's adviser on ministerial standards has resigned after Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave his backing to Home Secretary Priti Patel following an inquiry into claims she bullied staff.

Sir Alex Allan announced his resignation on Friday immediately after the government released a statement that Patel's actions amounted to "behaviour that can be described as bullying."

I recognise that it is for the Prime Minister to make a judgement on whether actions by a Minister amount to a breach of the Ministerial Code.

"But I feel that it is right that I should now resign from my position as the Prime Minister's independent adviser on the Code."

The government said Johnson had "full confidence" in Patel and that, as the arbiter of the ministerial code, the PM judged that Patel had not breached it.

But in his report Allan said: "Her approach on occasions has amounted to behaviour that can be described as bullying in terms of the impact felt by individuals.

"To that extent her behaviour has been in breach of the Ministerial Code, even if unintentionally."

Allan resigned because Johnson had ignored advice, a government source told Sky News.

Patel has now said she is sorry that her behaviour had upset people, explaining: "It has never been my intention to cause upset to anyone."

"I am very grateful for the hard work of thousands of civil servants who help to deliver the government's agenda.

"I acknowledge that I am direct and have at times got frustrated, I would like to thank the Prime Minister for his support."

It comes after a nine-month inquiry into allegations that the home secretary bullied staff and "created fear" in her department.

An investigation was launched after senior Home Office civil servant Sir Philip Rutnam resigned in February.

Opposition politicians, including Labour leader Keir Starmer, have claimed Johnson was involved in a cover-up of Patel's behaviour.

"It is hard to imagine another workplace in the UK where this behaviour would be condoned by those at the top," Starmer said.

"The Government should be setting an example. Instead, it is one rule for Boris Johnson and his friends, another for everyone else."

He called those allegations “bald assertions” and took a jab at his successor, President Donald Trump.

“Look, Joe Biden’s going to be the next president of the United States,” he said. “Kamala Harris will be the next vice president. I have been troubled like I think every American, whether you’re a Republican or Democrat or Independent, should be troubled, when you start having attempts to block, negate, overturn the people’s vote when there’s no actual evidence that there was anything illegal or fraudulent taking place.”

“These are just bald assertions,” Obama continued. “They’ve been repeatedly rejected by the courts. And I think I’m less surprised by Donald Trump doing this. You know, he has shown only a flimsy relationship to the truth. I’m more troubled that you’re seeing a lot of Republican officials go along with it, not because they actually believe it, but because they feel intimidated by it, and the degree to which you’ve seen some news outlets that cater to the right and the conservative viewpoint somehow try to prop up these bogus claims.”

Gov. Andrew Cuomo Urges No Thanksgiving Celebrations: ‘Stay Away’ from Loved Ones

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is discouraging people from spending Thanksgiving with friends and family members outside of their immediate household, warning that a “safe zone” in your home is actually “dangerous” this year.

“It’s your family. It’s your home. It’s your table. These are all environments where you feel safe, and that is the beauty of Thanksgiving,” Cuomo said in an audio recording shared in a tweet Thursday afternoon.

“I’m at home with my family. I’m in my safe zone. Your safe zone is not your safe zone. Your safe zone is dangerous this year. Please. Love is sometimes doing what’s hard. This year, if you love someone, it is smarter and better to stay away,” he added:

Cuomo’s plea follows last week’s announcement of further coronavirus restrictions, which include a ten-person limit to gatherings in private residences. The Democrat governor acknowledged that there may be issues in enforcement, placing the duty on local governments and begging them to enforce the restrictions.

“The rules are only as good as the enforcement. Local governments are in charge of enforcement. There are only two fundamental truths in this situation: It’s individual discipline, and it’s government enforcement. Period. End of sentence,” Cuomo said, adding, “I need the local governments to enforce this.”

Some law enforcement officers, including Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino, have signaled that they will not enforce Cuomo’s order, drawing ire from the governor.

“I don’t believe that person is a law enforcement officer,” Cuomo said during a Wednesday press conference.

“I don’t want a law enforcement officer who says, ‘I’m only enforcing the law that I like or think should be enforced,'” he added.

Giardino appealed the Fourth Amendment, explaining that he “does not have the authority … to go crashing into your house because of an executive order.”

“In the spirit of cooperation and conciliation, I offer the governor to come to Fulton County and do a ride along on Thanksgiving Day for an hour with us and we can stop at some houses where there’s multiple cars and he can show us how we are supposed to approach people and counting your numbers,” the sheriff stated.

The Great Reset Is Not a Conspiracy Theory

The Great Reset is not a conspiracy theory. But lots of useful idiots want you to believe that it is.

Here’s an example:

The phrase has shot throughout the fringes of Right-Wing Twitter like a virus through a karaoke bar. According to Pauline Hanson of the Australian party One Nation it is an attempt to establish a ‘socialist left Marxist view of the world’. James Delingpole describes it as a ‘global communist takeover plan’.

You get the idea. Anyone who imagines that the Great Reset is a serious threat belongs on the crackpot fringe. I hear this a lot and it’s a point that needs addressing because if we’re not careful the bastards will get away with it.

Just as the devil’s greatest trick was to persuade the world he didn’t exist, so it suits promoters of the Great Reset for people to believe they’re not serious about their plan — even despite the fact that every last detail is spelled out on the World Economic Forum’s website.

And in its tweets (unless, like me, you’re blocked).

And on the cover of Time magazine.

And in books like the one WEF founder Klaus Schwab published this year titled COVID-19: the Great Reset.

So why, given the weight of evidence, do so many wiseacres think they know better?

The first reason is cowardice — or squeamishness if you prefer. No-one wants to believe that totalitarian rule is just around the corner (as it will be if the Great Reset is allowed to happen) because that’s a scary thought which many people would prefer not to entertain. It’s the equivalent of burying your head underneath the pillow to make the monsters go away — and lots of people do it long after childhood.

In the late ’20s, for example, lots of supposedly intelligent and informed commentators pooh-poohed the notion that the funny little man with the moustache building a power base in Germany presented any kind of genuine threat. Sure he’d spelled out exactly what he planned in a 1925 manifesto called Mein Kampf. But c’mon — those Lederhosen, that hysterical oratory — no way was he going to lead a level-headed, war-chastened people like the Germans into another insane global conflict…

The second reason is tone policing. Tone policing is a game played mostly by the left but which has been unthinkingly copied by the squishier sort of conservative. It’s a way of closing down arguments you disagree with or which make you uncomfortable. Instead of actually addressing the argument itself, you focus on a rhetorical flourish you consider to be overly dramatic or a word you find inapt — and use that to imply that this invalidates your opponent’s case.

So, in the piece mentioned above, the author invokes the word “conspiracy” to imply that the whole notion is a bit tinfoil hat; and the word “communist” in order argue that the Great Reset is actually more of a “capitalist” endeavour — as if somehow these nitpicking debating points suddenly make the Great Reset OK.

Dozens of Arrests After 69 Albanian Illegals Stow Away on Fishing Boat off English Coast

British authorities have arrested 72 people after dozens of Albanian illegals were found on a fishing boat off of the English coast.

The National Crime Agency (FCA), the British equivalent of the FBI, arrested the 69 illegals found hidden beneath the deck of the 100-foot vessel the Syanic, which was intercepted off of the Suffolk county coast, having sailed from the Belgian port of Ostend. Authorities also arrested the ship’s crew, comprised of two Ukrainians and one from the EU member state of Latvia.

Details were released on Thursday, with local media the East Anglian Daily Times reporting the raid took place when UK Border Force cutters the Vigilant and Searcher intercepted the fishing boat late on Tuesday, bringing it ashore in the early hours of Wednesday.

Authorities said it was the combined operation of 250 officers from Essex Police, the NCA, Immigration Enforcement, and UK Border Force, with support from abroad, in a massive show of force on illegal immigration after the country has seen record-breaking illegal boat landings across the English Channel this year.

The 69 Albanians are being investigated on suspicion of illegal entry into the United Kingdom, while the NCA is questioning the Ukrainians and Latvian in relation to facilitating illegal migration.

Reportedly the biggest bust of its kind this year, the incident is unusual as the vast majority of some 8,500 illegals to have landed on British shores did so under their own power in rubber dinghies and other small craft or were intercepted by British authorities during the efforts of crossing the English Channel in such vessels and brought the rest of the way.

Home Secretary Priti Patel said of the arrests: “I’ve been clear that I’ll use every arm of the law to break up the ruthless gangs who facilitate this criminal activity.

“Yesterday’s operation was a big win for our intelligence and law enforcement agencies who have halted a serious illegal enterprise and cut off a source of funding for an organised criminal gang.

“We are unapologetically returning migrants who have no right to stay in the UK to safe countries with flights every week and will do whatever we can to make this route unviable.

“My thanks go to all our operational partners for their role in the important criminal investigation.”

The Home Secretary has been under pressure to get to grips with the large numbers of illegals landing on English shores, with 2020’s figures to date being around seven times the number that landed in the whole of 2019.

This week, Migration Watch UK warned that illegal boat crossings will cost the UK taxpayer around £240 million over the next decade in housing and other benefits, as it proves notoriously difficult to deport bogus asylum seekers.

Breitbart London reported last week on yet another flight scheduled for deportations being near-emptied of returnees. Twenty-eight failed asylum seekers were removed from their flight after filing more last-minute appeals to their deportations, with the help of who Patel’s Home Office branded “activist lawyers”.

Tim Loughton MP, a member of the Home Affairs Select Committee, commented: “It is incomprehensible that we are paying for people to be in the country when they have no case to be here and our hospitality is being abused even further by lawyers using questionable last-minute tactics to take people off planes, adding even more expense with unused flights and further legal wrangles.”

October Migrant Arrest Rate at Border Up 87 Percent

Arrests of migrants illegally crossing the border between ports of entry in October jumped 87 percent over the same month last year. The numbers also increased 21 percent compared to last month, CBP officials report.

U.S. Border Patrol agents working along the southwest border with Mexico arrested 66,337 migrants in October, according to the Southwest Border Migration Report released by CBP officials on Thursday afternoon. This represents an increase of more than 87 percent compared to the same month last year and a 21 percent increase over September.

The arrest of migrants illegally crossing the border from Mexico increased in each of the last six months from a low of 16,182 in April. This represents an increase of 310 percent from the April low.

Acting CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan told reporters on Thursday that the migrants coming to the United States during the pandemic puts the lives of all Americans at risk.

Morgan blamed the increased illegal border crossings on worsening economic conditions in Mexico and Central America along with a perceived upcoming change of policy due to the presidential election.

The commissioner said the migrants coming to the U.S. during the pandemic “recklessly disregarded our pain, our suffering, and our sacrifice” in regards to our efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19.

“They’re telling us that their wants and needs are more important than your lives,” Morgan stated. “They’re telling us their own economic conditions are more important than the lives of American citizens and all of those they come in contact with during their deadly journey.”

The commissioner described the journey taken by these migrants through COVID hot spots and under unhealthy conditions.

“They go through high COVID locations, often packed and jammed in overcrowded stash houses both in the United States and/or in Mexico,” he explained, “or locked in tractor-trailers for days or often weeks. A journey in which they completely disregard even the most basic medical guidance to mitigate the spread of the deadly disease.”

“The smugglers, they could care less about the migrants,” Morgan stated. “They could care less about their well being, their lives, or that these conditions serve as active COVID-19 incubators resulting in the further introduction and spread of COVID-19 within the United States.”

Compared to October 2019, the apprehension of Unaccompanied Alien Children jumped by 63 percent. The arrest of single adults, mostly from Mexico, jumped by 150 percent. Only the arrest of migrant families fell in a year-to-year comparison.

Of the 66,337 migrants arrested in October, single adults from Mexico accounted for 38,681. Most of the remainder came from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The Rio Grande Valley Sector in South Texas continued to lead the nation in the apprehension of migrants illegally entering the U.S. between ports of entry with 17,574 of the 66,337 arrested.

The increases in arrest come in spite of a policy implemented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that expels more than 90 percent of those migrants arrested — mostly within two hours of their apprehension.

Macron Gives Muslim Council Two Weeks to Agree to ‘Republican Values Charter’

President Emmanuel Macron has given the French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM) two weeks to agree to a “Republican values charter” and vow to end all practices of political Islam.

The French leader, alongside Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin, met with eight of the nine representatives of the CFCM and demanded the group draft and ratify a “charter of Republican values” as soon as possible.

“There will be those who sign and those who will not sign. We’ll learn from it. Either you are with the Republic or you are not with the Republic,” Macron told the representatives, Le Figaro reports.

According to the newspaper, Macron gave the group two main conditions: to end “all practices of political Islam” and “commit to putting an end to any foreign interference”.

Those groups which refuse to agree to the conditions will be viewed as “separatists”, an adviser told the paper, noting that Macron would not compromise on either subject.

The president also pushed for the creation of a French National Council of Imams and called on the CFCM to come up with their own guidelines for the training of Muslim religious leaders using the model of the Orders of Lawyers and Physicians as a guide.

The project was already in the works and expected to be rolled out by the end of the first quarter of 2021, but due to the recent terrorist attacks, Macron has ordered the policy be expedited.

Chems-Eddine Hafiz, the rector of the Paris mosque, commented on Macron’s push to fight Islamist ideology, saying: “The president is asking for an unambiguous commitment to fight Islamism. If he fights it without any electoral ulterior motives, I fully adhere to it.”

One group, the NGO BarakaCity, has already been dissolved and its founder recently asked President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for asylum in Turkey.

Britain's most senior police officer today said she has 'no interest in interrupting family Christmas dinners' to catch coronavirus rule-breakers as Matt Hancock suggested people will still be banned from hugging their relatives.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick said 'the police have lots of other things to be doing' and she will not be 'encouraging my people to be barging through people’s doors or knocking on people’s doors'.

However, she warned officers will be prepared to intervene if they are made aware of flagrant breaches of the restrictions which are 'causing lots of concerns with the neighbours'. Her comments came as Mr Hancock poured cold water on the prospect of a major loosening of curbs over the festive period as he said he wants a UK-wide set of rules 'if at all possible'.

The Health Secretary said negotiations are ongoing between the four home nations as they try to hammer out proposals which would allow people to travel to see their family.

But there is likely to be an uphill battle to agree terms given the dramatically different lockdown approaches which have been taken by England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland in recent months.

There had been hopes of a massive easing of draconian restrictions to allow people to celebrate Christmas with their loved ones.

But Mr Hancock dampened those hopes as he said 'it of course won't be like a normal Christmas' and 'there will have to be rules in place'.

He also insisted people will still be required to adhere to social distancing regardless of what other measures may be changed.

Professor Sir David Spiegelhalter, a leading statistician at the University of Cambridge, said any easing of rules will undoubtedly come with extensive Government guidance which he suggested could include a ban on singing as he also joked: 'Maybe they will try to make a rule against family rows at Christmas.'

It came as Office for National Statistics data showed England's coronavirus outbreak slowed down in the first full week of the national lockdown, with daily infections dropping from 47,700 to 38,900.

The numbers showed there was an 18 per cent decline in the number of people infected with the virus between November 8 and November 14. The ONS said the rate of new infections 'appears to have levelled off in the most recent week' but that there are now 'substantial differences' between different regions.

Orange County Sheriff: We’re Not Responding To Calls Over Masks, Gatherings Under Newsom’s Lockdown

Sheriff Don Barnes announced Thursday that his deputies are not responding to calls over masks and social gatherings under Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s latest stay-at-home order.

Newsom issued a new partial lockdown order scheduled to take effect on Saturday night to combat the coronavirus. Barnes responded to the announcement by saying that his already stretched department would not rigorously enforce new regulations over masking and crowd sizes.

“Earlier today, the Orange County sheriff’s department became aware of a limited Stay at Home Order that Governor Newsom’s office ordered to go into effect on Saturday, November 21 at 10 PM,” Barnes said in a statement. “Throughout the pandemic, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department has taken an education-first approach with regard to the public health orders. We are currently assessing the action by the governor. At this time, due to the need to have deputies available for emergency calls for service, deputies will not be responding to requests for face-coverings or social gatherings-only enforcement.”

The California Department of Public Health issued the partial lockdown order on Thursday, banning activities deemed nonessential between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. in all counties at the highest warning level of COVID cases. The new rules will last through Dec. 21, or possibly longer, according to the Los Angeles Times.

“The virus is spreading at a pace we haven’t seen since the start of this pandemic and the next several days and weeks will be critical to stop the surge. We are sounding the alarm,” Newsom said in a statement released Thursday afternoon. “It is crucial that we act to decrease transmission and slow hospitalizations before the death count surges. We’ve done it before and we must do it again.”

Newsom has been dealing with intense blowback after he appeared to violate his own regulations and advice when he attended a ritzy birthday party with about a dozen others present on Nov. 6. As The Daily Wire reports:

The governor has faced harsh criticism after a report published by the San Francisco Chronicle last week revealed he had attended the dinner party that “brought together at least 12 people to celebrate the 50th birthday of Jason Kinney,” described as a lobbyist and “longtime friend and political adviser to Newsom.” State guidelines at the time prohibited social gatherings that included more than three households and have since become even more restrictive. “Representatives for Kinney and Newsom declined to specify how many households the diners represented, but did not dispute that it was more than three,” the report said.

When Newsom apologized for making “a bad mistake” on Monday, he described the dinner as taking place at an “outdoor restaurant” in a county that, on Nov. 6, imposed “relatively loose” restrictions.

However, the FOX report notes that “the photo appears to show the dinner being mostly indoors with sliding glass doors opened up for air.”

Horowitz: Damaging a generation of schoolchildren for a lie

We have been told that the autumn spike in coronavirus cases is the sharpest and most extensive spread of the virus since the beginning of the pandemic. As a result, a number of mayors and governors have commanded closing schools again. The sad irony lost on them is that the spread among school-age children is so remarkably low that despite the record levels of spread in the communities, there is incontrovertible evidence that opening schools has not contributed meaningfully to that spread.

Without any explanation, Mayor Bill de Blasio ordered all schools shut, transferring nearly 1 million New York City students to chaotic online learning. "We're going to fight this back," de Blasio said during a Wednesday press conference. "This is a setback, but it's a setback we will overcome."

Except it turns out there is no spread in the schools despite the uptick in community spread. Rather than focusing on balancing nursing home safety and family visitation through mass testing, Gov. Cuomo ordered mass testing of 10%-20% of the public schools' population every month, all for a virus that clearly does not spread much among children and certainly does not pose a greater risk to them than the typical pathogens they pick up every year in school. What were the results?

After testing over 140,000 students, just 0.23% were found to be positive. In other words, just a few thousand cases that are asymptomatic or extremely mild over the course of several months in the nation's largest city. This is less than we see for a typical flu, even early on in the season.

What is truly remarkable is that this is coinciding with a period of growth in community spread. When schools reopened in early September, the virus was largely dormant nationwide, so it was naturally difficult to gauge the effects of school reopening on the spread. However, now that there is mass spread and the percentage of cases in schools is still remarkably low demonstrates that the few cases that are found are more of a reflection of the community spread. Kids do not spread the virus; they get it from their parents or community and will obviously have slightly higher rates during a period of community spread, regardless of whether schools are open.

Group bankrolled by George Soros and Michael Bloomberg pours hundreds of thousands of dollars into Georgia runoff elections

A group funded by liberal billionaires George Soros and Michael Bloomberg has funneled $300,000 into the crucial Georgia runoff elections to support Democratic candidates Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, according to a report from the Washington Free Beacon.

The left-wing billionaires made substantial financial contributions to the Black PAC, the progressive political committee that pushes black voters to the polls. Federal Election Commission records show that the Black PAC spent $300,000 to help Warnock and Ossoff try to win their pivotal runoff elections.

Bloomberg provided $6.32 million to the Black PAC. The Democracy PAC, a super PAC founded by Soros, infused $1.5 million into the Black PAC. According to the latest Federal Election Committee report, the Black PAC raised $23.5 million since January 2019 and spent $12.5 million as of mid-October.

Black Pac, which was founded in 2016, claims there is "little to no justice in the current system" and will "turn out our voters for candidates who work to expand voting rights and access to the ballot–including for the formerly incarcerated."

In late October, Soros made a last-minute donation of $500,000 to the Black PAC in an attempt to increase turnout among black voters.

Soros dumped nearly $70 million into the 2020 election, including into his left-wing Democracy PAC. The $68.5 Soros spent on the 2020 election is more than triple the amount he paid out in the 2016 presidential election, where he disbursed $22 million.

In September, Bloomberg raised more than $16 million for the nonprofit Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, which would pay the fines of the Florida felons so that they could vote in the 2020 election.

The Senate runoff elections in Georgia will be held on Jan. 5, and there is expected to be tens of millions spent by Democrats and Republicans on the four candidates.

The election will determine which party controls the Senate next year. If the Democrats flip the seats, the Senate's 100 seats will be evenly split between Republicans and Democrats, meaning the tie-breaking vote would go to the vice president, which may be Kamala Harris.

In the Georgia Senate runoff elections, Democrat Raphael Warnock is squaring off against incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler, and Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff is attempting to take down incumbent Republican David Perdue.

Top generals continue to talk down the idea of US wars ending or missions being accomplished.CEMTCOM commander Gen. Frank McKenzieplays up the ISIS threat, saying they are a long-term threat and the US may never really defeat them.

In Iraq and Syria, McKenzie suggested the problem would only be resolved when the world solves the problems of reconciliation and the internally displaced. He said there was no military fix to that, and warned that it was possible no one was ever really going to defeat ISIS.

In practice, ISIS barely exists in Iraq. Iraqi forces are comfortable sorting that out themselves, and are saying they need to plan for a post-US life, since the US isn’t going to engage in military operations after the announced drawdown. ISIS is more operational in Syria, but mostly in government controlled areas, making it Syria’s problem, not the US’s.

Playing up the ISIS threat is a way to undercut those drawdowns, and to warn military opposition against further moves. This is a consistent military position, opposing the ending of protracted wars.

There are always excuses to keep the wars going, and enemies that will never be defeated. Even when there aren’t, CENTCOM will come up with something.

Ending Our ‘Shell Game’ Foreign Policy in the Middle East

No U.S. strategy can be a panacea, but a strategy of restraint offers the best way forward for both the U.S. and the region.

Almost two years since the president declared that U.S. forces would be leaving Syria, American troops are still in that country illegally on a mission that has nothing to do with U.S. security. According to outgoing Syria envoy James Jeffrey, U.S. officials have been playing a “shell game” with troops numbers to conceal how many American forces remained there, and he said that there are a “lot more” than 200 troops operating in Syria now.

The conduct Jeffrey describes isn’t all that surprising when we remember how desperate Syria hawks and the military have been to keep U.S. forces in Syria no matter what, but it is remarkable that he would admit this deception publicly. The “shell game” in Syria is a good example of the two-faced nature of Trump administration policies in the Middle East: the phony “withdrawals” that mask increasing troop numbers in the region, the “peace” deals that are just excuses for selling more weapons, and the subordination of U.S. interests to the preferences of clients in the name of putting America first. If we compare this approach with what real foreign policy restraint would look like, it is clear that the gap between them is as wide as can be.

The former envoy also claims that the original order to withdraw from Syria in December 2018 was “the most controversial thing in my fifty years in government.” Many other U.S. actions have been far more controversial than that decision, so Jeffrey’s description suggests that he either has no clue what he’s talking about or he is such a hardened ideologue that he actually believes such a preposterous claim. It is all the more bizarre when Jeffrey himself admits that the decision led nowhere: “What Syria withdrawal? There was never a Syria withdrawal.” While U.S. forces were not withdrawing from Syria, their numbers were increasing in Saudi Arabia, where they sit as potential targets in the event of a conflict with Iran.

Jeffrey defends the administration’s record as one of successful realpolitik, but his spin doesn’t hold up under scrutiny. He boasts that many of the governments in the region are pleased with the U.S., but why wouldn’t they be when the U.S. has spent the last four years catering to their whims and giving them blank checks at our expense? It is not a mark in Trump’s favor that Israeli annexationists and Saudi war criminals will be sorry to see him go. There is no question that many of the administration’s maneuvers were cynical, but there is no evidence that they advanced U.S. interests anywhere. The U.S. remains ensnared in the region’s conflicts with no end in sight, and it is implicated more deeply than ever in the abuses of its clients.

Forbidden Weapons and Israeli War Crimes

In the period 2008-2014, Zionist settler colonialists launched three aggressive wars against the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip: (1) Dec 2008-Jan 2009, (2) 14 Nov 2012, and (3) July-August 2014. During these aggressive wars, the Israeli military used a number of American-made forbidden weapons: White Phosphorus, GBU-39 Shells, DIME bombs, Flechette Shells, Vacuum bombs, and Scandium 64 Aerosol.

The following research article will explore the first two forbidden weapons. Each one of these two weapons will be investigated, thus revealing their components then showing their hazardous implications on the health of the Gazan civilians. The second four forbidden weapons will be explored in a forthcoming research article.

In addition to that, this research article will explore two phenomenona: the ‘Cheering Israelis’ who gather during wars to “watch, clap and cheer” Israeli bombing and pounding of Gaza Strip civilians and the critical Israelis who are motivated by humane and anti-racist morals, and who criticize the colonial policies of the consecutive Israeli right-wing governments. However, prior to that, this article will begin with an analysis of the systematic policy of killing innocent Palestinian civilians, which is connected with the use of forbidden weapons.

The Killing of Innocent Civilians: Is it a Systematic Policy?

Throughout its aggressive wars against Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army has deliberately and intentionally targeted civilians and civilian infrastructure. This policy has been a declared Zionist plan and it was applied in Lebanon during the 2006 war. According to the Israeli Chief of Staff, in 2008, Major General Gadi Eizenkot,

… trying to hit rocket launchers is “complete nonsense”, because “when there are thousands of launchers on the other side, it is impossible to hunt them down.” Israel, instead, should focus on deterrence: Every village from which they fire on Israel, we will deploy disproportional force, and cause massive damage and destruction. As far as we are concerned, these are military bases. Eizenkot emphasized that “this is not a recommendation; this is the plan and it has been approved.”[1]

Of course, the implementation of this plan has resulted in numerous civilian casualties. Once the Zionist army regards Arab villages and refugee camps as legitimate “military bases”, Zionist weapons and fire are bound to kill civilians.

Few cases of the results of this policy are worth mentioning. During the aggressive war against the Gaza Strip in 2008-2009, the “… Israeli artillery fire reportedly hit near a UN school where hundreds of Gazans had sought refuge, killing an estimated 42 people. Israel said its troops were responding to fire from militants near the school…”[2] Another case happened in the same war. “… Gazans allege Israeli soldiers ordered 110 civilians into a warehouse, then shelled it the next day, killing 30. Israel denies the army targeted the warehouse.”[3] Another case was “… the attack on the Al-Dahiyeh family home in the Gaza City neighborhood of Zeitoun, in which 21 members of the same family were killed.”[4] These cases are indicative of the existence of a systematic Zionist policy of shoot to kill and cannot be classified as mistakes in targeting or exceptions.

Moreover, an Israeli combat pilot who used to carry out raids against Gazan houses revealed this policy after he was dismissed from the Israeli air-force for refusing to continue the murderous raids. Ex-pilot Roi Maor wrote that: “Israeli policy … is not intended to maximize civilian casualties. Yet it does intentionally target civilians: it is intended to produce maximal civilian distress, while avoiding mass civilian casualties.”[5]

Another critical Israeli is the late Shulamit Aloni, a former Meretz member of Knesset and cabinet minister. After the High Court of Justice sanctioned the use of Flachettes shells in the Gaza Strip, Shulamit Aloni wrote an article in which she openly accused the High Court of Justice of providing the army with a license to kill.

“In its decision of April 27, Israel’s highest court has essentially issued a license to kill civilians by determining that the use of flechette shells fired from tanks is not prohibited by international law. The court has thereby done its duty by the occupation army, which uses flechette rounds in densely populated areas. The High Court of Justice (?) knows that the killing of civilians is banned by international law and every other human law; that, evidently, didn’t bother the court.”[48]

Aloni added that “…In the name of the war against terror, acts of terror, acts of intolerable piracy and humiliation, are being committed…”[49]

These critical Israelis are not alone. It is hopeful that their number will continue to grow to a point where they will become influential and thus will stop the right-wing Israeli camp from using the Israeli army to commit war crimes in the name of the entire Israeli people.

Concluding Remarks

Zionist Israel uses forbidden weapons in the Gaza Strip in order to terrorize the civilian Palestinian population and force them to give up resistance to its colonial policies;

Zionist Israel uses the slogan of “fighting terrorism” as a coverup for its colonial plunder of Palestinian land and water resources;

Most Israelis are complicit and support right-wing policies but a minority are motivated by a humane, progressive and liberal orientations. They are often ready to voice their critical views whenever they can;

Due to lack of public scrutiny and scientific information among a great part of the Israeli public, the health hazards of DU radioactivity remain unknown to the Israeli people.

The Secret Agenda of the World Bank and the IMF

The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) work hand in glove – smoothly. Not only are they regularly lending huge sums of money to horror regimes around the world, but they blackmail poor nations into accepting draconian conditions imposed by the west. You couldn’t tell, when you read above the entrance of the World Bank the noble phrase, “Our Dream is World Free of Poverty”. The front of these institutions is brilliant. What meets the eye are investments in social infrastructure, in schools, health systems, basic needs like drinking water, sanitation – even environmental protection – over all “Poverty Alleviation”, i.e. A World Free of Poverty. But how fake this is today and was already in the 1970’s and 1980’s is astounding. Gradually people are opening their eyes to an abject reality, of exploitation and coercion and outright blackmail. And that, under the auspices of the United Nations. What does it tell you about the UN system? In what hands are the UN? – The world organization was created in San Francisco, California, on 24 October 1945, just after WWII, by 51 nations, committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.

The UN replaced the League of Nations which was part of the Peace Agreement after WWI, the Treaty of Versailles. It became effective on 10 January 1920, was headquartered in Geneva Switzerland, with the purpose of disarmament, preventing war through collective security, settling disputes between countries, through negotiation diplomacy and improving global welfare. In hindsight it is easy to see that the entire UN system was set up as a hypocritical farce, making people believe that their mighty leaders only wanted peace. These mighty leaders were all westerners; the same that less than 20 years after the creation of the noble League of Nations, started World War II.

This little introduction provides the context for what was eventually to become the UN-backed outgrowth for global theft, for impoverishing nations, around the world, for exploitation of people, for human rights abuses and for shoveling huge amounts of assets from the bottom, from the people, to the oligarchy, the ever-smaller corporate elite – the so-called Bretton Woods Institutions.

In July 1944 more than 700 delegates of 44 Allied Nations (allied with the winners of WWII, including the Soviet Union) met at the Mount Washington Hotel, situated in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, United States, to regulate the international monetary and financial order after WWII. Let’s be sure, this conference was carried out under the auspices of the United States, the self-declared winner of WWII, and from now on forward the master over the financial order of the world – which was not immediately visible, an agenda hidden in plain sight.

UK terrorism chief calls for ‘national debate’ on criminalizing doubts about Covid-19 vaccine

The UK’s top counter-terrorism cop has suggested society stop allowing people to question the wisdom of a rapid Covid-19 vaccine rollout, regarding such skepticism to be life-threatening “misinformation.”

Met Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu has pointedly questioned whether it is “the correct thing for society to allow” the sharing of “misinformation that could cost people’s lives” — demonizing all doubts about quickly developed Covid-19 vaccines whose potential long-term effects are not yet known and tying them to extremist radicalization efforts.

While he didn’t go so far as to call for a law to be passed banning such content, his suggestion of a “national debate” will presumably light a fire under ministers already mulling such legislation.

Basu also expressed worries about a “sharp increase in extremist material online in the last few years” during Wednesday’s press conference, warning of a “new and worrying trend in the UK” of young people being radicalized. Officials told UK media that Islamic extremists and far-right groups were using “false claims about coronavirus” to radicalize their followers.

Social media users already wary of the rush to roll out the vaccine were disturbed by the attendant rush to criminalize criticism of it.

Record sales increase American firearm ownership to an estimated 434 million guns

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), founded in 1961, reported Monday there are an estimated 434 million firearms in private possession in the United States of America.

Firearms purchases have strongly surged in the past year, mostly because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but also because of political uncertainties, like the possibility of a very liberal incoming administration.

Firearms production figures show approximately six million firearms were manufactured in the U.S. in 2019, consisting of 3.6 million pistols and revolvers, two million rifles, and 480,000 shotguns.

Imported firearms accounted for another 3.3 million firearms. Those imports included 2.3 million pistols and revolvers, 301,000 rifles and 678,000 shotguns.

The NSSF estimates that there are approximately 19.8 million sporting rifles in our country, ranging from the AR platform rifles to SKS/AK-47 styles.

Back in 2018, Breitbart published a story indicating there were more than nine million AR-platform rifles manufactured or for sale in our country during former president Barack Obama’s administration alone.

On the weapon magazine front, NSSF estimates that Americans own “approximately 71.2 million pistol magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds” and “79.2 million rifle magazines capable of holding 30 or more rounds.”

CBS News points to another report released by the NSSF indicating that without 2020 being completed, calendar-wise, 2020 has already topped the highest weapons sales year on record, which was in 2016.

As stated before, the surge in buying weapons was primarily motivated by the Covid-19 lockdowns occurring nationwide.

Owner and manager of Adventure Outdoors in Smyrna, GA explained:

“Everybody went to the grocery stores first to stock up on food, then they went to the gun stores.”

The 2020 holiday season is expected to cause a secondary boom in gun sales this year. With that said, November and December are already the highest tallied months for weapons sales in cumulative history, based on an NSSF check of the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

“The National Shooting Sports Foundation found that 17.2 million background checks were completed this year, versus 15.7 million in 2016, the previous high-water mark for gun sales.

Firearm purchases have climbed every month since March, and more than 1.7 million background checks were conducted in October alone, a roughly 60% jump over the same period in 2019.”

“Politically-charged calls to defund police also continue to spur sales. Also, firearm sales typically climb during presidential election years.”

Pentagon leader tests positive for COVID-19 after infected foreign official’s visit

Senior Defense Department official Anthony Tata tested positive for COVID-19 this week after an infected foreign official toured the Pentagon — hobnobbing with the upper echelons of the US military, including the defense secretary and the secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

Tata, a retired Army brigadier general, is the acting undersecretary of defense for policy, one of the top advisers to acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller. His illness may hamper implementation of President Trump’s remaining policies, which include a troop drawdown in Iraq and Afghanistan.

As of Friday, Tata, 61, has held the role just 10 days after being elevated amid a shakeup with Trump’s post-election firing of Secretary Mark Esper.

The virus apparently reached the Pentagon during visits from Lithuanian Defense Minister Raimundas Karoblis. The dignitary made use of two visits — last Friday and Monday — to greet Miller as well as Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, Navy Secretary Ken Braithwaite and Air Force Secretary Barbara Barrett. He later tested positive for the serious respiratory bug.

“Minister Karoblis visited the Pentagon on Nov. 13, 2020, where he met with multiple senior leaders, including Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller,” Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Rath Hoffman said in a Thursday statement.

China suggests Italy may be the birthplace of COVID-19 pandemic

China is using a new study about the early, hidden spread of coronavirus in Italy to cast doubt on the firmly held assumption that the Asian nation was the birthplace of the pandemic, according to reports.

Officials in Beijing are pushing a new study that suggests the contagion may have been spreading in the European nation as early as September — three months before it was confirmed to be spreading in the long-assumed epicenter in the Chinese city of Wuhan, the Times of London noted.

The Asian nation has also previously questioned Spain about the origins of the pandemic, as well as the US military, claiming it brought the virus to Wuhan in October last year during the Military World Games, the report said.

Chinese state media have now been strongly pushing the idea that the new study by the National Cancer Institute proves that the contagion likely started in Italy, not China, according to the UK paper.

“This once again shows that tracing the virus’s source is a complex scientific question that should be left to scientists,” China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said, according to the UK Times. “[It] is a developing process that can involve multiple countries.”

The World Health Organization has admitted it is possible that the virus “silently circulated elsewhere” before it was detected in Wuhan.

However, many scientists are skeptical of the Italian study’s findings — and others note it does not rule out the coronavirus originating in China.

“We know that China delayed announcing its outbreak so there is no telling when it started there, and China has very strong commercial links with northern Italy,” Giovanni Apolone of Milan’s National Cancer Institute told the UK Times.

US Will Still Support ISIS Fight Despite Drawdowns from Iraq, Afghanistan, General Says

The U.S. military will continue to have an active presence in the Middle East despite recently announced troop drawdowns, the head of U.S. Central Command said Friday.

"Our presence in the region sends a clear and unambiguous signal of our capabilities but, most importantly, the will to defend partners in the national interest," said Marine Gen. Frank McKenzie, the CENTCOM commander.

U.S. forces are still needed in the region to deter Iran and contain the Islamic State, which continues to pose a threat in Iraq and Syria requiring U.S. support for local forces, McKenzie said in virtual remarks to the National Council on U.S. Arab Relations.

An ISIS offshoot in Afghanistan has also been targeted by U.S. forces and has often clashed with the Taliban.

Several times in 2019, both on Twitter and in statements, President Donald Trump said that the Islamic State had been "100% defeated."

However, a day after the raid into Syria by U.S. commandos that resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Trump in an address to Chicago law enforcement officers said that “70%” of the so-called “caliphate” had been eliminated.

"We're moving forward with the president's decision to reduce our forces in Iraq to 2,500 [from about 3,000 by Jan. 15]," he said.

McKenzie did not specifically address Afghanistan, but Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller said Tuesday that President Donald Trump had ordered a reduction in the number of U.S. troops in Afghanistan from about 4,500 to 2,500 by Jan. 15, in addition to the withdrawal of 500 troops from Iraq.

In a Pentagon briefing Wednesday, Miller noted that more than 6,900 Americans have been killed and over 52,000 wounded in the so-called "forever wars" in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Hours after the troop withdrawals were announced, four rockets, possibly fired by Iranian-backed Shiite militias, landed inside Baghdad's Green Zone, the location of the U.S. Embassy. There were no casualties among U.S. personnel, but the Iraqi military said in a statement that an Iraqi child was killed and four locals wounded.

Despite the attack, which appeared to break an informal truce reached with the militias in October, McKenzie said Iran's "malign influence" in the region has been largely deterred.

"I believe the Iranian regime recognizes if they get into an escalatory spiral with the United States, it will not end well for them," he said. "So that's why we've seen a recent decline in these tensions at sea, and attacks against us in Iraq and other places. Today, I believe Iran has been largely deterred, because the regime now understands we possess both the capability and the will to respond."

Andrew Giuliani, son of Rudy and aide to Trump, has COVID-19

Andrew Giuliani announced Friday that he has contracted the coronavirus.

“This morning, I tested positive for COVID-19,” Andrew, son of Rudy Giuliani and an aide to President Trump, tweeted Friday morning.

“I am experiencing mild symptoms, and am following all appropriate protocols, including being in quarantine and conducting contact tracing,” the younger Giuliani said.

Giuliani later told The Post he’s staying in his DC residence.

“I am feeling OK. I have a light cold at this point,” Andrew said.

He said he felt a little off Thursday night.

The younger Giuliani is just the latest in a slew of Trump administration and campaign officials who’ve caught the bug during the pandemic — including the president himself.

SWORN AFFIDAVITS: Georgia Recount Plagued by Potential Voter Fraud, Ballot Tampering

Election auditors, recount monitors, a credentialed statewide poll watcher, and several recount observers all cry foul on the abnormalities they observed in the Georgia recount

In the most critical recount taking place – and not just for the presidential election, officials and observers in recount centers across Georgia are swearing out affidavits about the abnormalities and instances of improper procedures in the recount of the 2020 General Election ballots.

Observers and recount officials in Fulton, DeKalb, and Cobb Counties to include an election official auditor, an election recount monitor, a credentialed statewide poll watcher, and several recount observers, raised red-flags of vote fraud and ballot tampering in sworn affidavits – documents that hold them to penalties of perjury, and filed as exhibits in the Georgia lawsuit brought by attorney L. Lin Wood Jr.

One Fulton County poll manager, with 20-years of experience in that role, said she saw ballot boxes sealed with packing tape and adorned with unsigned Secretary of State seals. She stated there was no way to discern from where the ballots originated.

The poll manager also pointed out that many of the ballots appeared to be “pristine” or unhandled and that several batches had markings for the candidates that were “unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device.” She noted that 98 percent of those ballots were for Biden.

At the end of her affidavit she stated that she was convinced beyond all doubt that, “additional absentee ballots had been added in a fraudulent manner.”

Another observer, this time at the Cobb County Poll Precinct and who identified herself as a Democrat, noted how she saw poll workers counting the ballots in silence and not verifying the names aloud. This constituted improper ballot handling.

She also described unusual sets of ballots as the poll manager in Fulton County had described.

In sworn testimony, the observer said, “hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, with no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made (all within the circle), only observed sections in black ink, and all happened to be selections for Biden.”

The observer continued to testify that “signatures were not being verified” and there “were no corresponding envelopes seen in site.” She concluded her sworn statement, “I believe there was fraud committed in the presidential election and question the validity of the Georgia recount process.”

Other abnormalities included: concerns that “additional absentee ballots had been added in a fraudulent manner”; the late arrival and unsecured nature of voting machines at tabulation centers; and the improper counting of ballots.

Georgia is the epicenter of the 2020 election. Aside from the recount underway, it is center stage with its US Senate run-off election on January 5, 2021. That run-off election will determine whether Republicans or Democrats control the US Senate.

Should Democrats win those Senate races – and should Joe Biden prevail in the presidential race, the country will fall into one party rule.

Up to 100,000 Republican Ballots Defrauded in PA, Claims Sworn Statement

In a sworn statement, esteemed mathemetician Steven Miller raised red flags about nearly 100,000 Republican-requested absentee ballots in the state of Pennsylvania.

At the moment, the two candidates – President Trump and Joe Biden – are separated by a margin of roughly 82,000 votes.

The whistleblower, Williams College Professor Steven Miller, who is also a Yale University and Princeton University trained math expert, analyzed data from the former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard and thousands of voter interviews.

“I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801,” Miller said while speaking to Just the News.

Ballots were flagged by Miller for a host of reasons: some appeared to be requested by an individual other than a registered voter while other votes could have been missed during counting.

Former GOP senator: Republicans cannot let Trump's 'reckless' post-election claims stand

Former Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) is calling on fellow Republicans to bat down President Trump’s unfounded claims that the presidential election was “rigged” and he, not Joe Biden, is the rightful winner.

“While the president has the right to legitimate legal challenges, responsible citizens cannot let the reckless actions by him and his legal team stand. Republicans have an obligation when the subject is of such importance to challenge demagoguery and patently false statements,” Corker said Friday morning on Twitter.

Corker, as Foreign Relations Committee chairman, often commented on transitions of power in foreign countries, but now he finds himself in the unusual position of intervening in the messy aftermath of a domestic election.

Corker made his statement after Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and other members of his legal team claimed at a news conference Thursday that they have evidence of a “massive fraud” that tilted the results of the election.

Giuliani’s message, however, was undermined by his own statement to a federal judge presiding over a lawsuit challenging the results in Pennsylvania that “this is not a fraud case.”

Giuliani on Thursday pointed to an allegation from a poll worker in Detroit who claims to have witnessed other poll workers attempt to influence voters, although the case in which she submitted a sworn statement was thrown out.

He suggested allegations of voter fraud around the country stem from actions organized “from a centralized place” and implicated “big cities controlled by Democrats” that “have a long history of corruption.”

“I know crimes, I can smell them. You don’t have to smell this one, I can prove it to you, 18 different ways. I can prove to you that he won Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes,” Giuliani said, referring to Trump.

NEW YORK — At some point in the last five years I took a deep breath and said “Fine! I’ll look up George Soros on Wikipedia.”

I mean, I had heard of him. He was a zillionaire investor who made a fortune in the stock market, a weird corner of the universe I’ve long accepted I’ll never understand. (Roulette seems a much more honest way to gamble, but not everyone agrees.) Anyway, for some reason this particular zillionaire was one who made people very upset. From the far left, there existed the natural distrust of anyone with so much money, but from the conspiracy-primed right came intimations of a nefarious global puppet-master. Soros was Jewish, so the accusations felt like an old, familiar tune, yet there were others who called him a Nazi collaborator. Something was clearly unusual about this guy.

So, like I said, I hit Wikipedia. And though I only skimmed it, I learned more from that quick glance than I did watching the just-released documentary feature “Soros.”

The film is screening in theaters in select cites and virtual cinemas starting November 20.

Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoygu, announced the completion of the deployment of units of Russian peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh. President Vladimir Putin has praised the work of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, describing it as “clear and well-coordinated.”

During a meeting on a situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Putin said the deployment of 15th brigade in the region made it possible to stop the bloodshed as well as to demine the roads and restore communications.

“The Russians [peacekeepers] effectively control the ceasefire, the situation in the region is calm,” Putin said during the meeting, which was held on November20, according to Vesti.ru.

A Russian-brokered peace deal, that was announced on November 9, put an end to a heated battle between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Russian President stressed that the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is of a special importance for Russia.

“For us, for Russia, conflicts of this kind and their settlement are of particular value and special significance, play a special role,” the President said.

Putin added that humanitarian efforts should benefit both the Armenia and Azerbaijan. He then went on to emphasize the importance of protecting historical monuments and religious sites of of both Armenians and Azerbaijanis.

“I believe that UNESCO’s involvement is in great demand here,” Putin said. “We also count on UNICEF’s help to children and adolescents who are especially vulnerable to the horrors of military conflicts.”

Russian called on Russian peacekeepers to establish contact with Armenians and Azerbaijanis in Karabakh in order to prevent conflicts on domestic grounds.

V. Putin stressed out that the Russian interagency delegations will travel to Baku and Yerevan to discuss the most pressing issues of the implementation of the trilateral agreements on Karabakh.

Meanwhile, the Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov claimed that additional units of the Border service of the FSB of Russia will be located on the border with Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Both Armenia and Azerbaijan are showing commitment to the Russian-brokered peace deal, that’s being implemented without any major delays. Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh are monitoring the process.

Fauci: Santa Claus is ‘immune’ from COVID-19

Although Thanksgiving hasn’t happened yet, Dr. Anthony Fauci appears to already be in the Christmas spirit.

The nation’s leading infectious diseases expert this week in an interview with USA TODAY joked that old Saint Nick, while he will be spreading the spirit of Christmas, won’t be spreading the coronavirus.

“Santa is exempt from this because Santa, of all the good qualities, has a lot of good innate immunity,” Fauci told USA TODAY.

According to the USA TODAY article, many children have been worried this year about Santa, especially when he visits billions of people on Christmas Eve. On top of that, Kris Kringle, being elderly and overweight, falls into a demographic that is particularly prone to the worst effects of COVID-19.

Fauci is telling kids to be rest assured that Santa won’t give them and their loved ones the virus, saying that “Santa is not going to be spreading any infections to anybody.”

As Adrianna Rodriguez and Grace Huack noted in their USA TODAY article, the Santa Clauses that people would see under normal circumstances at shopping malls and street corners have been social distancing this time around, instead taking to Zoom and the internet to spread the joy.

This isn’t the first time in history, however, that people were concerned that Father Christmas would get sick. According to USA TODAY, he has “gotten sick” from the flu before. More than a century ago during the last major pandemic, one newspaper, the St. Paul Daily News, wrote on December 6, 1918 that “SANTA CLAUS IS DOWN WITH THE FLU.”

Doctors and health experts have been urging everyone to get their annual flu shots to avoid a flu crisis while they are already trying to contain the growing spread of COVID-19 cases across the country. Additionally, health experts and many government officials have been urging people to reconsider big travel plans for the holiday season, with Fauci having said that people should “think twice” about traveling or holding big indoor gatherings in a Wednesday meeting with the USA TODAY editorial board.

DeKalb County, Georgia Elections Manager Fired After Series of Errors in Audit of Ballots

Georgia – DeKalb County fired an election manager after a series of errors in the audit of ballots.

The now former employee: “blatantly disregarded the required processes” Dekalb’s numbers were off by 732 votes

DeKalb County fired an elections manager on Friday after a series of errors as the county ran a state-ordered audit of ballots cast in the presidential race.

A county statement said, “ It has come to our attention that a DeKalb VRE manager, who is now a former employee, failed to follow our established protocols and blatantly disregarded the required processes we utilize to account for and record all legal and verified ballots.”

County elections officials said they found an additional 59 ballots that were omitted from the county’s final tally. They also said the fired employee is the same person who made a human error and forced a previous recertification.

DeKalb’s hand count audit of ballots showed a difference of 732 votes from their original count.

These so-called errors don’t even cover signature mismatches since signature verification was not a part of the statewide audit.

A phony hand recount took place in Georgia and it still exposed the Democrat fraud.

In DeKalb County election observers caught an impossible batch of votes for Biden.

Georgia certifies then decertifies recount results

The certification remains expected later today

The Georgia Secretary of State issued a correction Friday afternoon, saying this state is still completing the certification process, despite an earlier announcement that the state had rectified an electoral victory for Joe Biden.

Brad Raffensperger, the Republican Secretary of State, said he expects the certification will be complete later on Friday.

Joe Biden continues his transition effort, as he plans Friday to meet with top congressional Democrats.

President Trump, conversely, continues to pursue his bid to reverse the results of the election. He has invited top Republican leaders from Michigan to meet with him at the White House.

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Justice, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the State Department and the Department of the Treasury for records of former Obama Administration officials requesting to unmask Lieutenant General (Retired) Michael Flynn (Judicial Watch v. Georgia Officials Investigating After Old Voting Machines Found Dumped Near Savannah

The Georgia Secretary of State’s office on Friday said it is investigating why several “no-longer-used” voting machines were dumped near Savannah.

“The Secretary of State’s Office is looking into the circumstances of the discovering alongside a highway of a no-longer-used voting machine that appears to be part of a shipment of defunct equipment heading to storage at the Port of Savannah,” the agency said in a statement. “Machines of this type are no longer used in Georgia. There is no way it could have impacted the 2020 election because it does not print ballots, and this state has switched entirely to voting on paper ballots.”

The statement came after a person on social media posted photos of the purported voting machine in a grassy area.

It’s unclear how the machine ended up on the side of the road.

Jeff Davis told WTOC-11 that he found the equipment.

“I was on a phone call out here and looked over. What I thought was a solar panel was actually a briefcase with a voting machine. The local police was [sic] here and asked how we found and what I saw. Then from there, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations arrived, and they asked the same type of questions,” Davis told the station. He said he found it near Garden City off Dean Forest Road.

According to the outlet, the Garden City Police Department contacted the Georgia Bureau of Investigations about the discarded machines.

It comes after President Donald Trump and his legal team called into question the result of the election in Georgia and other key states. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger on Friday said his office certified the election despite disputes from Trump’s team.

Trump Announces Issuance of Two 'Groundbreaking Rules' to Lower Drug Prices

In September, US President Donald Trump issued an executive order calling for the lowering of prescription drug prices, noting that “Americans pay more per capita for prescription drugs than residents of any other developed country in the world.”

The first rule, Trump said, will require drug discounts be passed on directly to patients, instead of so-called "middlemen", and the second one will price prescription drugs for Medicare based on the lowest price paid by other countries.

Delivering the remarks, POTUS also said that Unapproved Drug Initiative (UDI), which required manufacturers to remove drugs that were not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from the market, will be cancelled.

Sidney Powell: Evidence of voter fraud could be released online 'by this weekend'

'We're going to have to file several lawsuits'

Attorney Sidney Powell announced Friday that the Donald Trump campaign legal team will possibly begin making public evidence from affidavits supporting their claims of a "national conspiracy" of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election as soon as this weekend.

Speaking to BlazeTV host Glenn Beck on the radio, Powell told Beck documents backing up allegations she made against voting system companies Smartmatic and Dominion in a press conference Thursday will be published online soon.

"We will start putting documents online and sending them to people like you, as soon as we possibly can," Powell said. "I would hope that we could start that by this weekend."

She described the volume of evidence her team has received as a "tsunami," though so far Trump's lawyers have held back most of what they claim to have.

"We've unearthed a global, criminal conspiracy that is just mind-blowing. And we've only scratched a tip of the iceberg," Powell asserted.

On Thursday, Powell and the other members of President Donald Trump's legal team alleged that communist Venezuela and George Soros interfered in the U.S. election through weaknesses in Dominion Voting Systems software. Trump's lawyers claim to be in possession of an affidavit from "one very strong witness" who will testify that technological insecurities in Dominion's voting machines made it possible for votes cast for Trump to be switched to former vice president Joe Biden.

This witness, Powell told Beck, "was sitting at [Venezuelan communist dictator] Hugo Chavez's right hand" and personally saw how Dominion's voting machines were manipulated to change the results of elections in the communist nation.

Dominion Voting Systems has categorically denied "false assertions about vote switching and software issues with our voting systems."

"Dominion has no company ownership relationships with the Pelosi family, Feinstein family, Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any ties to Venezuela," the company said in a statement on its website. "Dominion works with all U.S. political parties; our customer base and our government outreach practices reflect this nonpartisan approach."

The campaign legal team, led by Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, also said Thursday they have enough evidence to disqualify more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election.

Powell told Beck Trump's lawyers have spoken to "probably over 500 or maybe even 1,000 witnesses by now."

"I don't even know what our affidavit count is," she added. "Rudy has one set. And I have another. And then we share them with each other. So we haven't even had time to read all the affidavits that our lawyers have collected."

When Beck asked Powell where the Trump campaign will file its lawsuits and when they will be heard in court, Powell could not give a specific answer.

"We're going to have to file several lawsuits," Powell said. "It's going to be in all the swing states. We're still gathering massive amounts of evidence, to the point we haven't even had time to process all of it."

"It's just a matter of tying it together in a way that's digestible. And we're in the process of doing that as we speak. And I'm hoping we get something filed by next week that starts outlining and proving the overall fraud."
