Barack Obama resigned his Senate seat on Nov 16, 2008.

Kamala Harris hasn’t resigned hers, nor has she set a later resignation date as Biden did in 2008 (for ceremonial reasons).

Is it because she knows there’s overwhelming evidence of fraud?
