MY INTERPRETATION
Even if CM was, obviously he's not, a 2nd/3rd rate "security dude", it should speak volumes that one who is considered "subpar" or "not good enough by others" can find the GIGANTIC flaws in the election count then…. welll, the cheaters were apparently even moar subpar.
