the cases may not even have to make it to the supreme courts they could be decided by the lower court and the supreme court can simply affirm it by not taking an appeal
maybe but it would look better overall if multiple lower courts rule in favor of trump rather than the SCOTUS single body
I am just saying Trump could have fired Wray, Haspel and Barr by now easily with few repercussions. The fact that he hasn't is telling.
