Yes, legally this is all fine.
The problem is really the media.
They will call Trump Hitler and everyone has to "defend them".
Maybe in the end it's really about the people.
When it's clear that way too many people are supporting Trump the MSM narrative implodes.
Anything else can get attacked easily with more lies and disinfo on top.
