I have a grain of salt to offer from no such agency.
My nieces boyfriend's father works at no such agency at Fort Mead. At Thanksgiving family gathering 2017, I asked him if he thought Q was real. He told me that from what he had read online, he did, but not because of anything his father may have said. Obviously, his father doesn't discuss his work, so I never brought up the question of Q with him again. But, in the Spring of 2019, he and my niece came to visit us at our house in FL. I was looking under a hand microscope at some gold bearing rocks that I found near my house in NC and he asked me what I was doing. When I told him that I had an interest in Gold and that I suspected that the Gold price would explode in the coming years, his eyes got real big like a light bulb has suddenly turned on in his head. He said "that probably explains my father's recent obsession with Gold." He said that his father had used all his savings to buy Gold and was giving some of it to family and friends as birthday and Christmas gifts. He said that some in the family were concerned and had joking said that his father was going mad with "gold fever." KEK!
