There was definite vote shaving in Travis, Hays and Williamson counties in Texas also. Each one of these counties averaged 3% more of the vote to John Cornyn than President Trump received. These people did not vote for John Cornyn and then choose Biden.

Travis and Williamson used new ( how convenient) ESS machines. Hays county used Hart - the same as Tarrant county. There is no way that these counties (other than Travis) went blue. If you check every major metropolitan area in Texas that is controlled by the Democrats, you will probably see the same 3% average shave of President Trump votes. Texas was closer to a 10% win for Trump.
