There are plenty of strings that tie Venezuela to Serbian IntelActivist Srdja Popovic’s CANVAS organization. I urge anon to remember that in dark Ops there are no good guys—players who have an ideology that anon likes are not always on anon’s side. Think John MCain.

Popovic and Guido were buddies, and Guido may have been trained in revolution tactics by Popovic in Serbia (tho denied).

I vaguely remember a connections I found between not only CANVAS and Venezuela, but also similar activities in Ukraine. That research may be down the memory hole, but it involved big Ag Land purchases in Ukraine around the time of Euromaidan and shady law firms in Venezuela. I have real life today or I would dig more on this.
