The West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens, University of Ghana (WACCBIP) is in the region, and they're mostly funded by the world bank. as well as a supposed clandestine US military bio weapons lab operated by tulane university in Sierra Leone which is even closer. this lab was suspected to be the source of the ebola outbreak. coincidences are adding up quickly. initial reports from senegal is that the sailors got sick at see, and they are gonna start testing the water in the area.
