They didn’t think they’d need olde tyme ballot stuffing - at least to the degree necessary. That’s when it went rogue - not because it wasn’t coordinated, because it was, based on the count suspensions and the ballot dumping. It wasn’t expected to be that tough, so finesse went out of the operation. Intuitively, what they did and how they did it should be relatively easy to identify and report, but so far we’re not seeing much by way of this line of attack.
