I've seen comms/indicators all along the way that it could be the plan. DOn't want it to be, but can VERY MUCH see the use in doing it. Can also see the harm. But to answer your question, yes. FULL CONTROL, even if it doesn't look like it. And "full control" doesn't mean painless. Pain actually required.
