hey I used to get 'crippling depression' too and I killed -it -off my making sure I had enough vitamin D3
I megadosed on 5000 IU D3, I would take 5 a day (every day) and that made none of it matter, and I don't have that kind of depression anymore.
so 25000 IU a day.
that is a lot and so this year I cut it down to just one of the 5000IU pills.
Seriously it worked!
of course those who are brainwashed by the mental health industry will tel you no.
PS: you need to do this for a while to make sue your blood levels are high.
second thing is: it doesn't work like a opium pill, it doesn't make you feel 'happy' . It doesn't happen instantaneous.
what it does is make you 'not sad'.
as far as if you're happy? that happens whne it happens but isn't 'caused by' the D3.
