If the recount is done by machine, then it's pointless…
The barcode on the ballots is the only thing the machine reads to ensure it repeats the fraudulent outcome.
The ballots have to be manually tabulated w/all parties present or it is a shame, not an audit.
The article specifically stated it was a "machine recount"… That means they are just going to stuff them in the machine again and let it recount.
If they did an actual audit, I'm certain honest people would find a multitude of issues.
Again, quoting the article, "The second recount will be conducted by machine"…
If true, then it's an exercise in insanity, doing the same thing expecting a different outcome.
