The DELIAN Project is tied with Dominion Voting; Jean-Pierre Kingsley, Dominion Voting's Chairman of the Executive Advisory Committee and 1990-2007 Chief Electoral Officer of Canada also is part of the Project

Jean-Pierre Kingsley

Chief Electoral Officer of Canada, Elections Canada - Feb 1990-Feb 2007

President/Chief Executive Officer, International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES)- April 2007-July 2009 (Washington DC)

President/CEO, Ottawa General Hospital - 1977-1981

Asst Executive Director/Executive Director, Charles Camsell Hospital (Edmonton Alberta) - 1971-1973

Dep Secretary Personnel Policy, Treasury Board Canada - 1984-1987

ADRG responsible for administering the Code on Conflict of Interest for the Cabinet - 1987-1990

International Foundation for Electoral Systems is worth digging into as well to see if we can find anything. It's based in Arlington, VA.

Jean-Pierre also worked for administering the Code on Conflict of Interest for the Canadian Cabinet - yet what he's doing and has done has been a complete conflict of interest.

If many of the people at Dominion are working at DELIAN, it does really make you wonder their morals. Some other names from the fourth cap pasted below for those who want to identify more fuckery of this operation:

Mr. Keith Lowenfield – Deputy Chief Eelction Officer (ag), Mr. Allan Best, Managing Director of the DELIAN Project, Mr. John Hollins, Chairman of the DELIAN Board of Directors, Ms. Juanita Barker, GECOM’s Legal Officer, Mr. Jean-Pierre Kingsley, Chairman of the DELIAN’s Advisory Board, Dr. Steve Surujbally, Chairman of GECOM, and Mr. Calvin Benn – Chief Election Officer (ag),

As per Sean Dean's profile, the DELIAN project had projects in Jamaica, Barbados, and the country of Georgia. Looking at DELIAN's website, there's many more countries involved. Oh and electronic tabulators too kek.

The DELIAN Project is housed at The Centre for Social Innovation (CSI) at 192 Spadina. Remember how Rebel News found out that the current location of Dominion is formerly of the CSI? On a past dig I did, the divorced husband of the co-founder of CSI is Mark Surman, the Executive Director of the Mozilla Foundation in Toronto who is partnered with the Open Society Foundations.
