How to prevent YouTube from tracking you when you lurk Q Research

1. Install uBlock Origin if you haven't already.

2. Right-click on a YT video, "Block Element"

3. A box to create custom filter will appear in the bottom right. Replace everything after the "vi/" with an asterisks. (pic related)

4. Click create.

This will prevent your browser from contacting YouTube's image servers to retrieve thumbnail images. They can watch to see what IPs retrieve a specific set of thumbnails in short succession to ID anons.
