While outlets like Politico and The Guardian have sought to sow dissent in the UFC earlier this year, now, even mixed martial arts (MMA) journalists are doing their best to bring politics into to a sport that doesn't want to deal with it.
Bloody Elbow, which is owned by VOX Media, recently published a hit piece attempting to catalogue the wrong-speak of particular MMA fighters — namely, those who support Trump, or want a free election:
“[Fighters are] pushing election fraud conspiracy theories.”
However, many of these fighters are just too big to be taken down by baseless claims. Colby Covington, a number one contender, is likely the most vocal supporter of President Trump, donning MAGA gear whenever he gets the chance, and recently appearing on the Candace Owens Show.
Tito Ortiz is another supporter. The former UFC Champion is very pro-Trump, and just won a city council seat in his hometown of Huntington Beach, California.
In the 2020 election, Latino voters came out in record numbers for Trump, so it's no surprise that fighters who came from Communist regimes want no part of the Democrat Party. Fighters like Yoel Romero and Jorge Masvidal (who are Cuban) have shown their support. Here is Masvidal in October talking about the Democrat Party:
Even if a fighter simply wants to clean up the election process like former fighter Gina Carano, the mob never takes a break:
For the 'crime' of daring to suggest that there be laws put in place to protect against voter fraud, and the fact Carano won't put pronouns in her Twitter bio, angry mob members are demanding she be fired from the Star Wars hit show, The Mandalorian.
For now, fighters seem a bit immune to the social media virus, and let's hope it stays that way.

Last weekend, I visited the St. Thomas Freedom Rally. One of the speakers welcomed at the rally was professor Salim Mansur.
He fled genocide in the throes of militant dictatorship during the Indo-Pakistani war in 1971. As a Canadian resident, Salim became an academic-turned-journalist-turned political candidate. His life experiences give him valuable perspective on the current political landscape in Canada.
Salim addressed the crowd at Memorial Arena before marching to the nearby cenotaph where he paid homage to our veterans and recited “In Flanders Fields” by John McCrae, “Invictus” by William Henley, and “The Recessional” by Rudyard Kipling.
After the rally had wound down, I had the chance to catch up with Salim and ask him a few questions.
He condemned all four of the main Canadian political parties for being infiltrated by extreme ideology and aligning with globalist agendas. He stressed the importance of engaging in critical discussion, and he says we need history to be able to do that.
It’s only through these conversations that we can have a balance in politics… yet under the Liberal government we seem to have the most divided, biased and torn country, perhaps ever.
Salim was expelled from the Conservative Party for denouncing radical Islam — namely the Muslim Brotherhood. It's because of this repression in Canadian political parties that Salim will not be rejoining the Conservative Party, as he does not support the UN agenda.
This ejection shows that there is a need in the Canadian political system for respectful democratic debate and to honour differences of opinion, and Salim says he's going to continue to run with the People’s Party of Canada, claiming that they are the only party that is truly for the people.
Talking with Salim left me wondering: why are Canadian political leaders not taking a stronger stance against the Muslim Brotherhood — a violent terrorist organization — like even countries in the Muslim world are?
Toronto condo REFUSES to accept MEDICAL mask exemption from tenant

But for Lester Mihelic, a resident of Toronto, it's anything but. Condominium Karens want him out because he can't wear a mask due to medical reasons.

At Lester's condo towers, the Palace Pier in west Toronto, there is a strict rule mandating that tenants mask-up in all the common areas, and if they plan to make use of the condo’s shuttle bus service.
That’s a big problem for Lester, given that the retired executive is unable to wear a mask due to a bona fide medical condition. Even though the city's bylaws allow for mask exemptions in the case of medical conditions, Palace Pier is demanding he wear one regardless.
Even though Lester is not required to provide proof of his medical condition, he nevertheless did! Back in May 2020, Lester presented the condo board with a letter from his doctor. It clearly states the following:
Some persons cannot wear [face coverings] for medical reason such as asthma, lung disease, etc. that cause them serious medical problems. Mr. Mihelic is in this category and should not be forced to wear any face covering for medical reason.
Despite the doctor's orders being written on plain paper, Lester says the property manager, Donald Bella, has “harassed” both him and his partner (calling her at her place of work). Bella has also called the condo owner, demanding Lester's compliance.
Lester says some of these calls were belligerent and left both his partner and the condo unit owner in tears. In fact, the owner is now contemplating selling the condo, which would mean Lester and his partner would have to relocate.
Even lawyering up has yet to score a victory for Lester. On November 12, his lawyer sent correspondence to the condominium board of Palace Pier, respectfully asking them to back off. The letter reads in part:
Bylaw 541-2020 evidently applies to all owners and operators of commercial residences, despite Mr. Balla’s insistence to the contrary; we have attached a guidance paper from Toronto Public Health clearly stating as such. The pertinent parts of the bylaw which you are in breach of, have been set out for you below. Your Property Manager incorrectly believes that the City’s bylaws do not apply to your Condominium Building. Moreover, Mr. Mihelic evidently falls under 2 [a] as an exempt person from the policy. Despite not having to require proof of any exemption, he has felt the need to do so, to try to reduce the constant barrage of bullying he has been receiving.
Lester’s lawyer has demanded that Bella and other staff respect Lester’s medical exemption and write a personal letter of apology to him. A November 18 deadline came and went without any response from Palace Pier; meanwhile, Donna Bella declined to be interviewed by Rebel News.
Bottom line: Palace Pier would seem to be yet another institution that incorrectly believes that its own policy trumps the rule of law. And now Lester says if the harassment does not stop, he might be forced into filing a civil action against Palace Pier, especially given that he feels he has the law on his side. Stay tuned!

US District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania Matthew Brann on Saturday dismissed a Trump campaign lawsuit seeking to block Pennsylvania from certifying its election results.
Judge Brann, an Obama appointee torched Trump’s legal team and accused them of asking the Court to “disenfranchise almost 7 million voters.”
The Trump campaign argued the equal protection clause, however the Obama judge shot back and said, “That some counties may have chosen to implement the guidance (or not), or to implement it differently, does not constitute an equal protection violation.”
President Trump’s legal team responded to Brann’s ruling on Saturday:
“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the US Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock,” Rudy Giuliani, Attorney to Trump and Jenna Ellis, Senior Legal Advisor to Trump 2020 Campaign wrote.
President Trump was up by nearly 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania on election night with 65% reporting.
Since there was no way for Biden to overcome Trump with the remaining number of uncounted ballots, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State announced that MILLIONS of ballots had been found.
Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani said the Democrats counted nearly 700,000 votes for Joe Biden without allowing GOP poll watchers to observe the ballot counting.
