You don't understand. All of these people are under duress (blackmail). They have been formed since infancy to become what they are. You would be just like them if you were raised and treated as they are.

You are not stronger in mind, spirit, or morality than they are. The entire network of elites has been carefully shaped and grown into its shape - think hedges, which must be trimmed into their form. Every piece of the pyramid has been chiseled and sanded into its exact shape, warts and all. Actors only get the parts if they they've proven they go along with the script - and the overwhelming majority have no idea they are playing a role, let alone that the role they play fits into a greater structure!

This is the same exact reason Q can do what they are doing. The sophistication of this system, allowing the actions of millions to be directly controlled and the actions of hundreds of millions more predicted to an extremely high degree (again, think lifetime monitoring + AI's), is also its weakness. The key to controlling this system has been taken over, and is being given to the people. But this cannot happen without people accepting the responsibility.

Making people aware this key exists and is being given to them is the task of Q.

These people have as intuitive and developed a moral compass as anyone else. They exercise it as reasonably and feasibly as they can within the confines they exist just as you do. Some of these people care about morality and spirituality much, much more than you. The difference between you and them is

1) lifelong conditioning

2) use of extreme techniques

3) having to actually exercise power

A lot of the fine and noble things you might say here would change if you were subject to these 3 things.
