Hunter was in that accident that killed his mother and sister.
( the one where Jill Biden who was their babysitter supposedly rammed the back of their car into the path of a truck driver who Jill knew)
Then she soon after became Mrs Joe Biden.
forgot to add, maybe that's how Hunter got the scar?
