Mostly like this. However, there are 3 flaws:

  1. You don't have a right to health. Health is health is health, it's not a right, you can abuse it, and it's on you to take care of it - not me.

  2. The freedom to contract is most certainly limited. You cannot make a contract in violation of law. Hiring a prostitute, as an example from law school, is an unlawful contractual relationship.

  3. How about freedom from tax theft by the government? I do not oppose paying the government what it needs to responsibly manage limited, necessary functions. I do STRONGLY object to the government, say, wasting $40 million on a bullshit witchhunt…or (closer to home) paying for nice fru-fru sound barriers with little concrete, painted rosettes on bridge abutments on the side of town where all the rich motherfuckers from up north live because they gotta have their neck of the woods look so nice. If they want that shit, fuck 'em, they can pay for it themselves. I'd rather have my money spent on important shit like cops and suspension-destroying potholes being filled.
