CALL TO DIG ON WA STATE ELECTION FRAUD

As a result of their own doing, we are in an era of government officials being considered corrupt until proven innocent - a pathetic state of affairs. Go to the Secretary of State’s office (or call but less impactful) and ask why Kim Wyman is facilitating a voting system that is insecure and subject to fraud. Why are dead persons, H1B visa holders, transient Portland people and 80,000 registrations in the final 2 weeks of early voting happening in the recent election?

WA State has 39 counties using digital voting systems to scan and record votes. Have not confirmed actual hand counted ballots that were entered manually into system. Have not confirmed details about company(s) printing and providing ballots. The total number of counties using a specific system according to the Secretary of State’s website is:

Dominion Voting Systems (1)

Clear Ballot (17)

Hart Intercivic (16)

Election Systems and Software (5)

In a November 19, 2020 American Report article, Release the Kraken: Hammer/Scorecard Whistleblower Montgomery Gave Sworn Testimony to FBI and DOJ About SCORECARD, Dominion, Smartmatic in 2015 “. . . There needs to be some drilling down into the obscure and opaque ownership of companies by individuals, partnerships, LLCs, hedge funds, private equity firms and shell companies. At least one company has partial ownership by faceless company registered in DELAWARE.

An excerpt from the AP July 12, 209 article Who’s behind voting-machine makers? Money of unclear origins

“The three companies — Omaha, Nebraska-based Election Systems & Software; Boston-based Clear Ballot; and Austin, Texas-based Hart InterCivic — were told to disclose anyone holding a 5 percent or greater stake, or in a parent company or any subsidiaries.

“. . . All three private companies responded by listing their executives and equity funds as chief owners. And all three asked that even these responses be kept confidential.

Hart InterCivic said that it “derives independent actual value from this information not being generally known or readily ascertainable and makes reasonable efforts to maintain the secrecy of this information.”

Election Systems & Software did disclose that it is controlled through an intermediary company by McCarthy Group, a private equity firm also based in Omaha. The CEO and chief financial officer of ES&S own smaller stakes.

Hart InterCivic said nearly 80 percent of its ownership is held through an intermediary company by H.I.G. Capital, a Miami, Florida-based private equity firm. Gregg L. Burt, Hart’s board chairman and former CEO and the founder of his own Austin-based private equity firm, owns another 10.5%, the company disclosed.

Clear Ballot founders Larry Moore and Tim Halvorsen, later investor Steven Papa and Raging Capital Opportunity Fund V LLC all own more than 5 percent stakes, the election systems maker said, without detailing each owner’s share. The company said that neither the fund nor any individual invested in the fund controlled by Rocky Hill, New Jersey-based Raging Capital Management owns a controlling interest in Clear Ballot Group . . . ”

In a June 24, 2019 NBC News article,

“. . . “ES&S is owned by Americans and has zero foreign ownership,” Katina Granger, spokesperson for the McCarthy Group, LLC subsidiary, both Omaha-based, wrote NBC News in an email.

“Since 2011, Hart has been owned by HIG Capital," based in Miami, Steven C. Sockwell, vice president of marketing for the Austin-based firm, wrote in an email.

Clear Ballot has “no other parent companies or subsidiaries” the Boston-based company emailed the state, according to a copy reviewed by NBC News.

The email listed four shareholders with a 5 percent or greater stake in Clear Ballot. They were Larry Moore, founder and a former Lotus executive; Tim Halvorsen, an early Lotus developer and board member of various startups; Steven Pappa, partner at private venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz; and Raging Capital Opportunity Fund V, LLC, a Princeton-based hedge fund . . . “
