As someone who has done a ton of 3D and CGI - hard to tell on lo-res but the video is suspicious…
First the face is lit from the left of frame presumably by a window or light source. The bookcase behind him is lit from the right of frame but with an intense spot behind his head. Yet the plant has no light on it.
Then his movements are a little unnatural, particularly when he blinks but as I say hard to tell on lo res….
The big issue is they cannot be sued they have protection…so either honor that situation and show everything or lose the protection and do as they want
