No such thing. The House of Representatives, I believe, receives and certifies the election of the president. If there are not enough electors committed to either candidate because some states were unable to certify their results or provide a slate of electors, then the House votes for president BASED ON STATE DELEGATIONS, not member majority. Rs control a majority of state delegations, so Trump wins.
