Not sure if you saw the other two case studies of Snohomish County and Pierce County on Clearballot.com website. Between these 3 counties, you cover over 55% of the voters in the state--ALL 3 along Puget Sound up and down I-5 corridor. I personally witnessed the cheat in 2004 Gov race (outlined a few breads back), and they never wanted a GOP to get that close again
