Any employer can establish policies. You either follow them or don't. If you choose not to follow an employer's policies then the employer can take disciplinary measures per the policy.

 

It's not a constitutional matter at all.

 

For example, the US Constitution established my right to bear arms. That doesn't make it my right to counter company policies and carry at work. Businesses post 'No firearms' policies on their doors and ask us not to enter their premises. They are not violating the Constitution by doing (they are just driving away business.)

 

An employer enters into a contract with an employee. Part of that contract is you follow the employer's policies. It's up to the Anon's spouse to either comply with the mask policy or fight the policy or leave the employ of the employer.
