Use software that can add/delete/switch votes during election

Put friendly people in charge of secure (counted) ballot room
MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DURING ELECTION

Create a distraction - close down, cover up with cardboard, fake water pipe burst, etc.

Remove entire batches/boxes of actual mail-in ballots that had already been counted.

Takes boxes of counted ballots to separate building or in a truck/van outside the counting area.

Throw away the Trump ballots and insert new pre-printed ballots for Biden only.

Return these batch(es) to the Secure Ballot Area

Dominion techs delete total of these batches from the total count.

Provide the Dominion team with the new batch percentages for each candidate.
This is why the GA recount matches the Dominion totals.
Recount the Senate races to discover switched/missing ballots.
The 'switched/glitch' totals would have to closely match the number of uncreased (they were never folded and mailed) preprinted Biden-only ballots.
If I understand you correctly, you are talking about ballots from in-person votes. I'm talking about mail-in ballots.

The votes were not changed as they came in. That's too hard and involves hundreds of people.
They were changed AFTER the ballots were counted, and only requires a couple of people to change tens of thousands of votes very quickly.
