spouse anon walked into work on Monday and was slapped with a mask mandate (Idaho employer)
Refusing, got called into the office with the head boss.
Boss told spouse to think real hard about signing a medical waver and by not complying it would make it next to impossible to move up within the company
Told spouse that if they were to comply that boss would make sure spouse would get a better position within the company.
I AM FURIOUS.
Spouse walked out of Boss' office but not before telling boss that they could fire, suspend or send spouse home but spouse was NOT putting on the mask or shield.
Now more people are not wearing face coverings and spouse got called into boss' office again yesterday and because spouse was the first person who refused boss is blaming spouse for creating discourse in the workplace.
What do we do?
