She described how they put correction tape INSIDE the scanner, so the Pres vote would get messed up, then later they would 'override' the vote on a screen.

Because they were the 50 boxes of ballots that were previously counted, switched/glitched, then returned.
So, to recap what they did in Detroit:
As they opened mail-in ballots, if it was marked Trump, they put the ballot back in the envelope, then put it in a special box at their table.
They take those boxes out (via 'large 'coolers')
They switch Trump ballots with pre-printed unfolded Biden ballots.
They return 50 boxes of these at 5am in 'coolers'.
